Horrible website to shop. Shipment took 3 weeks and my order wasn't even in the package. Tried contacting customer service and they never replied. Stay away from this $#*!ty website.
Items ordered Thanksgiving Day. One item arrived two weeks later and they tried to tell me I received both. After they finally acknowledged that I did not receive both they said I'd get the 2nd item in five days. That timeframe went by and I just kept getting the run around. I finally filed a claim with PayPal and after about 3 days the item arrived... still never received tracking or good communications from this company. Item received appears it may have been used but given the hassle of even getting it we are just keeping it and washing our hands of them. I would NOT order from them again. I think we only got our items because luckily we paid via PayPal. It's not worth the hassle! You may never see your items or they may not be as you expect... avoid!

I ordered a pair of boots and after I ordered it a lot of people telling me you're not going to get you order well I got mine and I can't wait till after Christmas to where them...
They are an absolute scam! I ordered a pack of two pashminas which were supposed to be made of silk and pashmina- one was but the other was acrylic and polyester!
Also, I didn't get a part of my order- tried calling 24/7 customer service but they were closed.

Not sure if I feel any "better" now by reading the other reviews and learning that I haven't been singled out by the downright fraudulent activities going on with this site. Order placed 12/11/2013, received one of 3 items on the 21st, other 2 haven't even shipped yet! So much for delivery by Christmas. When you send an email inquiry (I sent 2) you receive back a canned/pre scripted message from a different rep each time. You can't call and inquire, they never answer! The message I got blamed all the "holiday orders" for the "slight delay" in shipping mine out. Just wondering if anyone has led the charge to have this place shut down yet? Maybe I should be getting ahold of Dateline, 20/20 etc? Think I'll make a couple calls...
Prices are great... 1/4 of the stuff is junk or doesn't work, shipping is awful(still waiting for stuff ordered on 12/02) customer service sucks( when contacted, they email & say stuff has shipped, but web site says it's still processing) invested over 1K in merchandise... never again... BEWARE!

Should have ordered from Rakuten.com, but my dad and I decided to try this site. Big mistake. Just like several other reviews, ordered two tablets. One was delivered but we can't track the other since they had the same tracking number which indicates "delivered". Both emails I sent got a response but neither addressed the problem. When I got someone on the phone he "guaranteed" delivery by Christmas and I asked and if it isn't here? And he said a refund would be issued - but that doesn't turn back the hands of time and get it here for Christmas! Horrible horrible horrible.
I would not even give this site 1 star! I had ordered 2 tablets for my sons, 1 blue and 1 black. After 6 days of processing, I emailed them and got no response. So I facebooked them and after 1 hour they were ironically shipped. Happy, I was! 3 day priority shipping, ok, they will be here before Christmas. Well, my USPS had only a delivery for 1, the black one. So I checked the tracking number on the blue one and it also has the same tracking number as the black which stated "DELIVERED". They should have been delivered at the same time. I have been trying to email and live chat, which is offline btw! I paid for 2 and only received 1. Now I don't know what to do. Guess I'm going to have to go buy another before Christmas so both my boys have their tablets. This site needs to be down for good!
I have placed two orders with this site. It takes several weeks to get items. Customer service is a joke. The items are all lower quality then described.

You don't even deserve this one star. I would love to know where you operate out of so I could visit. What a scam. No customer service and fake tracking numbers. Only dealing with reputable online merchants from now on. Ordered on 12/8/13 and my bank statement read a debit from nomorerack on 12/9/13. Got an email on 12/20/13 saying I just ordered on 12/20/13 and gave me a fake tracking #. BETTER BUSINESS BEAURU IS ALWAYS A FIX. DO NOT ORDER FROM NOMORERACK!
I ordered a laptop on 11/28 from their site. Still waiting. Cannot reach customer service by phone. I keep getting generic answer emails from them that this item will be expedited. It is now 12/21... Tried to call customer service today, there is a recording that their customer service phone reps are unavailable this weekend. Extremely upset and frustrated by their horrible customer service.
I placed an order on 12/2/13 for several items, I've received some of the items in the last 20 days, there are 4 items missing from my order and the "customer service team" just closes the ticket without giving me any info as to where the rest of the items are or when they're going to be shipped! The worst company to order from! Even the 1 star is too high for them.

Poorly operating company. They bill your card immediately, then take weeks to ship. Not worth the trouble... Reputable mail order operations don't bill until your merchandise is shipped.
I placed an order on 12/8. All gifts for Christmas. The same day, I emailed & asked to have one item taken off my order. I received an email the next day stating they cancelled my entire order. I re-placed my order online on 12/9. I received all but one item by 12/18. BUT I started to receive duplicate items. They shipped both orders, even though they told me the first one was cancelled. I never received the tablet I ordered & I received two of everything else. I tried calling, but the machine picks up & says they are not taking calls because of the high holiday volume. Live Chat does not work & I have been emailing them every day. I already reported them to the BBB. I am filing a chargeback today. Worst Customer Service EVER! Very unprofessional. The products are crap too.

I ordered from this site thinking since I seen them advertise on TV they were legit WRONG! I haven't gotten the tablet I ordered, and it was for a gift for my god daughter now the other items which is JUNK I ordered I wouldn't waste my time or anymore money sending it back. I will be contacting the BBB and also the post master general as they sent me a email claiming I got my tablet, when in fact the tracking # they sent me is for a pair of earrings I got. So I guess if you want a NICKEL & DIME website this would be the place for you if not I would definitely NOT order anything from these people ever again.

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
