I ordered a tablet on Dec 1,2013 from Nomorerack! They guraranteed that all orders place before Dec 9th would arrive by Christmas. FIRST LIE! Here it is Dec 27th and it still has not arrived. I have an order confirmation and item has been paid for. I tried to track the package with the number provided. USPS has no such number in process which means that the package has never been shipped by Nomorerack! So I try to reach customer service (a 24/7 service) SECOND LIE! You can't even call them. You will only get an answering machine that says they are only accepting emails because their phones are overloaded. Well, I wonder why! SO... I emailed and they say that you will receive a response with 24 hours... THIRD LIE! I sill don't know when or if I will even receive the tablet. I highly suggest running the other way... all the way back to AMAZON!
I ordered a comforter from them never got an email about a tracking number but it arrived about 2 weeks later, it was the wrong one. I emaild them and they were quick to respond, they had me take pictures of the item, about 3 days later I received a full refund and a week after that I also got another comforter Granted it was the same exat one they sent me the first time, but hey I got 2 king size blankets for 2 bucks! I donted the other one to the local homeless shelter. I also ordered the 59 dollar tablet from them and that also took 3 weeks when I finally got it it was the correct one this time but the only problem was when I finally got it to turn on the screen looked like it was in 3D it made my eyes go cross and when I turned it off it never turned back on again...
I ordered a Samsung 50" TV, I received it on time, but the screen was shattered, I cannot find a phone number to call them, I sent an email but haven't heard back from them. If anyone has a hone number for them I would appreciate it. I also ordered a necklace and 2 rings that I haven't received yet

I like evryone else ordered my items on dec 3rd havent recieved either tablet and im very mad because customer service keeps giving me the runaround i have gone to google trusted stores and they are in the process of helping me resolve this issue in the meantime i have to wassit 4 days for them to contact me will never buy from this site again and now after reading reviews im wondering if i ever will see my items or my money back. The tracking numbers they gaveme to track items has nothing posted on it after dec 20th and it keeps telling me that estimated delivery date is dec 23r5d well people its the 26th already and my items are still not here
Ordered december 8th, guaranteed by 12/14. Got order 12/26. Merchandise did NOT come with directions/instructions. VERY VERY disappointing. Can't talk to anyone via phone as they are busy, send email and we will respond.
I ordered two android tablet's for my two oldest daughters for their big Christmas present. I ordered the tablets on December 10,2013. I immediately received an e-mail confirming my order and the money was debited from my bank account. On December 15,2013 I received an e-mail with a tracking number for my two tablets. Both had the same tracking number. The estimated delivery date was December 16,2013. On December 16,2013 I followed the USPS tracking number to find my tablets had been delivered to a completely different state. I immediately contacted Nomorerack, however, their phone system was experiencing a high volume of calls and it was recommended to e-mail. I e-mailed the 16th, 17th, and 18th. I received generic e-mail responses back stating I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. I posted on Facebook and my posts were immediately removed and I was told to private message. I did with no response. It is now December 26,2013 and I have had no resolution. I received an e-mail back from *******@nomorerack.com stating that they were trying to locate my order and that I was unable to receive a refund. I've contacted my bank and received a refund, contacted the BBB, AG, USPS, and the FTC. Very unhappy with my experience on this website.
I ordered 2 7in Tablets, they say $200 Tablets on sale for $59... but the quality is so poor, they really are only $50 Tablets. Also one of them had scratches on the screen (makes me wonder if it was refurbished) and now the day after Xmas does not turn on! I really regret buying from this website and I cannot get hold of customer service. Complete waste of money! Never again! Please do not buy from this website!

Terrible experience! I ordered three different things from Nomorerack, The curtains came damaged, the sonicare replacement toothbrush heads were GENERIC, and I never even received the third item!
Yes it says 2-3 weeks for delivery, what it doesn't say is it will be 2-3 weeks before it even ships! My daughters Santa is now finally coming today, mind you it is now the 26th! Customer service is a joke! Will never use this company again and certainly will not recommend it to ANYONE! Missy S.

The website checkout was not working properly which cause me to try to purchase an item three times--on the final try I was successful---however within 30min I discovered I had order three of the same item--contacted them within 30min to cancel two of the orders--was told they had already processed the orders so I could not cancel and of course none of the arrived for Christmas---BEWARE!
I ordered 12 tank tops. The ad picture showed a package of 12 tops in 12 colors. I received 6 black and 4 red. That is only 10 and what the heck do I need 6 of the same color black never mind the 4 red.
Never have gotten a response from them.
I was drawn in by the online ads mostly on facebook. Please do not order from nomoreack! I ordered an assortment of items so I can speak with the experience of quality of a variety of merchandise. The 14kt gold earrings worth close to $200 were so small they actual read to be used for a child on one tag. I only paid about $15.00 but they were worth no more than that at best. The sheets I got, once researched are only their brand. They assigned a value that was totally inflated so the "good" buy was a joke. At the price I paid it wasn't a disaster but I am unhappy with them. The pens for my husband were once again something if I saw in person I would have never bought but if they will work they will do. The suede and leather organizer was a joke and luckily my son liked it but I was ashamed to give to him. I have some other products not delivered in time but I will not totally blame the store for that since shipping has been a problem this season. Once I have all my products I will junk mail them and every time I see an ad on facebook I will ask to have it banned. I would not give them one star but no other choice.
I will just add my voice to the "hundreds" before me who have reviewed this site--HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE--ordered an Android tablet on 11/29 and did not receive until 12/20--too late to send it to Seattle in time for Christmas. With the UPS problems over Christmas my grandson will not receive it until 12/27. Customer service was a joke!
Like 500 other reviews on this company, i feel I'm being ripped off too. I ordered something from them on the 16 of December. Got the tracking number from the post office and it says there is no information on this Tracking number. Sent them a email and got the same Boiler plate email as everyone else. I seen where they have answered a couple of other people on this site, and guess what it is a boiler plate message. I don't understand why a company as big as Google deals with them, they should take them off their search engine as well as every other big search engines I filed a complaint with PayPal and hopefully they can help me. Beware of a discount online company that will not give you a working phone number to find where your items are at. I WILL NOT EVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN! Guess I'm out $36.00. I read the reviews and knew when buying my order would be slow to arrive. It was and I was ok with that. So after my first order I placed another order. I checked out and paid through PayPal. The exact same moment 35.00 came out of my account, was the exact moment 325.00 came out for Facebook ads. When you check on the nomorerack website, it wants you to share with Facebook, like them, and refer all your friends. Well I don't use Facebook, so I clicked no all the way through. And now I am disputing 325.00 for Facebook ads.
It had been good till they could not ship an item because it was not going to be restocked. They split the $15.00 owed for that item as refunds between the other two items. $7.86 and & $7.14. They show record of the $7.14 being refunded and that's it. The $7.14 never showed up in my bank account. The $7.86 did show up and they don't show record of that. Trying to get them to see that they still owe me the $7.14 and trying to get them to check what happened to that is impossible. Easier to walk without a helmet through a brick wall!
TERRIBLE! One order I received the wrong items and the other order was guaranteed before Christmas I still have not received. They send automated emails when you try to contact customer service and have an automated message when you try to call them. This company is rip off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered a 9" Android tablet on! 2/3/13 and of course the money was debited from my account the following day. After patiently waiting for the shipping information for two weeks I emailed customer service as to the status of this order. The following day I received a response and the item shipped. The tablet arrived on the 23rd and needless to say it is a piece of junk. Screen flickers constantly and it is not usable. I just called the Customer Service number and was directed to send an email. After reading the reviews here especially concerning tablets I am not optimistic about the outcome. I will never order from this company again.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
