Horrible experience-slow delivery, inferior product (DrDre) earbuds that arrived almost four weeks later, broke eithin two days, responded to my complaint by saying they had to contact the supplier. However, they were still advertised at the same price as what I purchased them for on Black Friday! After almost a month, nothing has been resolved so I contacted my credit card company and it is now in their hands! Stay away from nomorerack!
I ordered 5 tablets from this company 11/29/13. I finally received 2 of the tablets 12/16 one seems to work fine so far and the other will not take a charge. They advertised that they ship 10 to 14 working days. After my 2 tablets arrived I began calling them about my other three tablets. They told me for four days they would be arriving six days after the first two. That was a lie. I finally received the other three tablets 12/24 while I was out of town with my grandchildren they were meant for. I had to buy new presents for them and returned the 3 tablets to sender without opening them. I have called and emailed them several times for a refund for the three tablets with nothing but excuses from their customer service.
They signed for the tablets I sent back through UPS but still will not refund my money. I have filed with buysafe which is a joke and BBB which nomorerack won't respond to my complaint. They are running a scam and hope you just give up so they can keep your money. I won't attempt to send the one that doesn't work properly back because it would cost me the shipping and I refuse to spend one more penny on this fraudulent company. On my order status they provided one tracking number for all tablets but the tracking number was only on one of the first I received. I feel this misrepresented when my order was actually shipped and received. I will never do business with them again.

The quality of the items I ordered was horrible. I kept one, and returned another.
Customer Service tedious to work through for a return. I received detailed and confusing return instructions for me to ship the item back. And then two days later, received a pre-paid label by email. Be advised, if you do not specifically request a credit to your original form of payment, you will receive a site credit. I've never heard of any website doing this, and find it to be deceitful and wrong.
I feel for anyone who orders from this site. They take ur CC info & run. I ordered from them Xmas of 2012 & had a horrible problem. I sent email after email & they told me to return electronic item & comforter but never sent refund of 120.00 to me. I never sent comforter which is defective because they wouldn't give me ths address. I have the mailing receipt for the item returned but either was not able to speak to them or they would answer. I've been ill & not able to carry through but now I plan to contact channel seven & get them after them. It's horrible how they treat people. I purchased a tablet to give out as a Christmas present. The family member I purchased it for received the exact same tablet from another person, so naturally I/we wanted to return the one I ordered. Nomorerack would not let me return the item I purchased because 14 days had passed... it's called CHRISTMAS shopping... and it's done before Christmas; these things aren't realized until AFTER Christmas.

I purchased probably about 10 items the week before Christmas so I was expecting it to take awhile, all but two have arrived and it is now January 10. It has been a little over three weeks now and I am pretty heated.
I have emailed them twice to let them know of this issue and got the usual "we'll talk to the vendor and see where your shipment is." Of course, it's been a week and I've gotten nothing back.
I emailed again and stated that if its not here by the end of this week that I want my money back, got the exact same answer. My reply? Send my money back IMMEDIATELY.
I tried calling and they have a voice message stating some bologna about holiday shopping, last time I checked christmas was quite awhile ago. Give me my money back!

Their return policy is only 15 days, the item that I bought was not new, it looked used, and their shipping department took 10 out of the 15 days to send the item. I recommend no one do business with these guys!

WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA! I don't have the time to write a novel on all I have had to go through, as I have had every minute of my free time sucked up from dealing with this MORONS. They are the most deceitful company I have every dealt with. They should be ashamed for selling their overpriced junk. I ordered a Ultimate Learning Tablet for my 3 year old for $16 with shipping. It said on the website that the retail price was $79. It is like something you would get from a dollar store. I am not kidding. Very cheap plastic with a sticker half way sticking on with fake icons for the screen. That was false advertising. I wasn't expecting an android, but this is ridiculous. What a scam!

I ordered 1 item and I received a different thing what I ordered, the shipping was delayed then when I emailed them to complaint about the item they reply telling that unfortunately the time for returning and refunds was expired. I receive my order on time at Christmas Eve which is good but I decided not to open it until my son birthday. When I open the box and plug the PSP for the first time it did not work. My experience with the worst experience I have ever had. If I could Rate them 0 stars I would have done that. I ordered a tablet for my 10 year old son December 9th 2013. I was promised the item by Christmas. I didn't get the item by Christmas. The item was shipped to the wrong address which was put down as my billing address and not my shipping address. When I called customer service the day after Christmas I was told I would receive an entire refund for the total purchase amount and also receive the item. I received an email about a week later stating the item went back to New York which is not even the state I live in. I went round and round with customer service for about 2 weeks through email got tired of that so I gave him a call I just got off the phone with them and basically what it boils down to after going through three managers I was given a $20 credit for all my trouble and I don't get the item because we ship back to the manufacturer they make promises they can keep they don't deliver items nothing arrived in a timely fashion and I'm just ashamed to say that I should of read reviews before I even ordered from the site I'd rather wait my $#*! with the $20 credit in order from them again

Ordered a rug, a purse and two sets of socks. Rug was not the size described, purse smelled like death, and they sent me striped socks rather than the plain colors I ordered (socks look like Dr. Seuss). On the socks, they kept sending me emails saying they were delivered, when they were not (took nearly a month), and emails requesting that rate the socks, before I had even received them. Also emails, saying the "issue was resolved" when it was not. They don't have it together. I'd be cautious.

I placed an ordered on 12/29/13. I received an email on. 1/2/14 saying my order had shipped. When I still had no tracking info, I emailed them an inquiry on 1/6/14 and received an email on 1/7 that stated my order was still being processed and would ship soon. How can I get an email on 1/2 that it shipped when they are still "processing" it? How can it take a week to process one item? I still have no merchandise, but they have my money!

HORRIBLE experience. I purchased a pair of boots for my wife for Christmas and had her try then on when they came in to make sure they fit. They did not fit and she did not like them anyway.
I contacted customer service and was told I could not get a refund because it was a "Final Sale" item. I'm a little cautious with websites I haven't dealt with and I screen capped the original ad. When I sent the jpeg of the original ad they back pedaled and gave me a CREDIT when I specifically asked for a refund. Not ideal but whatever so I found something I wanted.
My refund was for $21.26 and the item I found was for $22.00. When I tried to check out, it said I had to spend a minimum of $30.00 to use my credit. WHAT!?!
I requested a full refund and am currently waiting for a response. I would NEVER use this company again. Nothing about this experience has been positive and they came across as VERY shady. Had I not had a screen cap of the item I would likely have been stuck with boots that were useless and out $20+.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
