I ordered a watch advertised at sale price. 3 days later got email saying couldn't honour price, I could pay more or get refund. I requested refund, which has still not been paid 2 weeks later. I have since found many reviews confirming that this outfit should be avoided no matter how good the deal looks online.

I paid for a new 4k LG Monitor by Mastercard incase of problems its best to use Mas/visa or Paypal in case of this exact problem.
After i had paid i was told they didn't have the goods and used my money to get good deals from suppliers offering low prices which it isn't, its the average price. Still no delivery after weeks.
This Is A Scam Abusing Peoples Trust And Basically Theft They Are Fully Aware This Is Not Legal And Are Using Customers As Interest Free Loans For Their Business.

There website shows various Tissot watches that are not instock and require to be ordered direct from the manufacturer and leading up to 3 weeks for delivery, very dissapointing why can't they honest and let you decide.
They are taking payment under false pretence.
On my return to there web page 6 days later I find a lot of watches have now been removed, a bit late for me

Fobbed Off Re Refund

I wish I had read the other 1 star reviews as my own experience is very similar.
I recently tried to buy a laptop from Nigel O'Hara which was cancelled as it was out of stock. (although the exact same laptop was and is still advertised on the website!)

I contacted customer services about a refund and was told that it may take up to 14 days to process. I also received a formulaic e-mail regarding returns. (Despite the fact that they had cancelled my order and there was no laptop to return!)

15 days after being told that it MAY take UPTO 14 days to process a refund, I am still out of pocket by around £700 and therefore unable to buy another laptop until I receive my refund.

I too have been coned by this company. I ordered 2 Christmas presents on 4th December and its clear they have never been sent. They offer free delivery on orders over £35 and then when the items get "lost" they point out if you'd paid for delivery it would of been traceable. There customer service is awful and the replies to my emails are standardised. I was sucked in by 24 hour discount while price checking on a genuine site. Its the first time ive been scammed online and I am reporting this company to trading standards

After reading all bad reviews I decided to get my order cancelled since they were taking long to dispatch it so far I have sent 3 messages which all have been ignored. They are quick to take my money but extremely slow with replies and getting my order cancelled. Avoid this scam site.

Amazing...

Amazingly awful. Sadly I didn't read the online reviews of this company before I ordered. Item ordered early February, money left my account straight away. Rang about a week later as item hadn't arrived. Promised delivery the following week. Nothing. E-mailed them - item had to be ordered from manufacturer. Seven weeks later money refunded after threats of legal action. Why not just say it was out of stock? Worst company I've ever had to deal with.

Very quick to take your money, impossibly slow to refund it after the items are not instock! They should not continue with the sale knowing the items are not available. You pay your money, then there is absolutely no way to speak to anyone, no phone numbers are available AT ALL! You have to 'speak' through their email system, which is terrible. I bought earrings and a watch and two months later, still waiting for my refund.

I'm fighting for my products with them for almost 2 months now!

Every time I contact them via phone or email, they find an excuse to hang up and they promise to call me / email me back in an hour / day but I still haven't received my product.

I strongly advise to everybody not to buy from them EVER!

This company obviously cannot be bothered with customer service. They go out of their way to not publish a phone number, and even if you do find it and manage to speak to someone they just bounce you to the "live support" on the website. Sadly the live support is awful. It took them over 52 hours to respond... this is with their "average response time" being shown as around 2 hours on the website. When the response finally came it was of no use what so ever.

Had I had a response in a reasonable amount of time, then I wouldn't be looking for a phone number.

This is a true example of an awful online retailer. Hide behind the website, don't respond to customers in a helpful or prompt way.

One to avoid!

Still waiting...
June 21, 2015

I am still waiting for my order that was placed. On the 22nd may. I have asked customer services to call me twice and as of yet I have still had no response.
Does anyone have phone for them as the only one I can find says it does not deal with online orders and then hangs up!
Very frustrating. - do not use them!

Terrible retailer

Nigel O'Hara took a week to despatch a far cheaper substitute, as the item I bought wasn't actually in stock (No offer of refund/alternative) and then got no reply when I contacted their customer support. Payed with paypal so thankfully i'm covered.

Steer clear!

They took my money 3 weeks ago and I can't even get them to send me an order confirmation email. I'd think the order never went through except the money promptly left my bank.
Not 1 reply to numerous emails over a 3 week period... not 1!
Am waiting for 30 days to pass before I can take action with bank etc.
They don't deserve the 1 star I have given them...
NOT ONE EMAIL OR REPLY!

They do not hold stock, even though it looks like they do. They will take weeks to deliver. If you ask for a refund they will take over a month. Avoid if you need assured and timely delivery. I had to use charge back on my credit card!

Avoid like the plague

I ordered a capture card for my sons birthday. A week after placing the order, i contacted Nigel O'Hara to see why it hadn't arrived (when they said it had been despatched), to be told that the price had changed and if I wanted it I would have to pay a further £10. I requested a refund as I could buy it quicker and cheaper through amazon prime in time for the birthday but despite a flurry of e-mailed requests for updates and several phone calls and empty promises from their staff. It took over 4 weeks before the refund was issued. No apologies and no compensation for all the hassle. Shameful company. DO NOT DEAL WITH!

Ordered a watch that said in stock for my Dad's 70th birthday - well beyond estimated delivery date. 2 MONTHS later and lots of email conversations later (all prompted from my end) I still had no watch & eventually gave up & requested a refund. Customer service not great when they did respond, communication regarding order status dreadful, apologies & desire to help lacking. I ordered same watch from First Class Watches online and it was delivered next day - cheaper, putting Nigel O'Hara to shame. Use them at your peril!

Awful Awful Awful!

Ordered a watch in July. They took the money in August... No watch appeared in September. I contacted them to say just cancel the order... then never heard a word. Kept sending emails. Still nothing... said i would take it further if i got no response. Still nothing. Fortunately i bought the watch with paypal... and took it up with them... RESULT! Money back and i shall never have to deal with them again... and for those of you who havent yet dealt with them... DONT. You have been warned by many before me also... I wish i had paid attention to thenreviews, but the lure of a cheap Citizen watch made me blind... if not for Paypal I could still be waiting... STAY AWAY
