Ordered a watch that said in stock for my Dad's 70th birthday - well beyond estimated delivery date. 2 MONTHS later and lots of email conversations later (all prompted from my end) I still had no watch & eventually gave up & requested a refund. Customer service not great when they did respond, communication regarding order status dreadful, apologies & desire to help lacking. I ordered same watch from First Class Watches online and it was delivered next day - cheaper, putting Nigel O'Hara to shame. Use them at your peril!
