I have also been ripped off by this scam site I went to my bank and have logged a complaint with them

No idea. I asked them who their ombudsman was to complain to and they said they didn't have one!

They have been sent complaints and so has the UK one. I got ripped off by them. Not a real company so don't buy anything!

I don't know, but imagine they would have been closed down by no if they had been investigated.

I am unsure? But they should be.
