The products they sell are of OK to good, but shipping is terrible. They take the order, and your money within 24 hours but they may not ship for 4 weeks, then they expect you to wait 45 days after that before you put in a missing shipment report. Customer service does respond within 24 hours but every time it is the same... sorry, for the delay... please wait a little long... (Its the Pandemic, Its the Airlines, Yada yada yada). Good luck trying to get your money back. No company I have ever ordered from takes 10 weeks from taking payment to actually expecting your shipping date. I am still awaiting a shipment or a refund and I am going on 9 weeks.
Although my first review was negative about the customer service with returns--the company has now issued a full refund. They did the right thing!

Terrible post service. My order was placed 16. 04. 20 and shipped from China 29.04. Today is 5th of june, the order status has not been updated since 29.04. It shows "in transfer". It is awfull to have it "in transit" more than a month. I asked a few times why it is so long. New chic promised to push it, but without result. I understand that delivery can take up to 45 working days, but being "in transit" such a long time without updated information is incredible. The same experience is described by Tamara D, 6/3/20
My first order came more quickly because I choose the other way of delivery. I ordered three items, but I was pleased just for one of them. The quality and style of to others were not satisfying for me. I got refund about half price.
Unfortunately i would never recommend to purchase anything here. By chance you can find something good there, but I guess It is high chance to buy som rubbish quality things for too much money.
Positive thing is that when you have purchased anything, but you want to cancel the order and get the refund, it is easy to do that, IF THE ORDER IS NOT SHIPPED.

Their costumer service will convince you that it was a huge mistake to purchase any product from this company! Shipping time is a joke at best. I waited over 45 business days (over 2 months) to receive a poor quality item. Horrible customer service. Stay away from these clowns. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
Standing behind a poor quality item does not improve the quality. I do not see an ESTIMATED shipping time but their shipping policy time is 10 to 45 business days. Their refund and shipping policies are well written with many loopholes for them to weasel out of.

I placed an order for 5 items on 04/01/2020 and checked on the progress of the order on 04/11/2020. Checking the order status showed that nothing had been done at that point. I contacted them and they said one item was no longer available (apparently this was the cause of the delay to ship). I received a refund for the item and they finally shipped the other items. On day 30 of waiting for the items, I contacted them and they said it could take up to 45 days to receive the order due to the Covid virus. On 06/03/2020 (54 days after shipping date), I contacted them again and they stated that weekends don't count in the 45 days and I should wait 5 more days. I asked to cancel the order and they stated that they couldn't. So I asked them for the exact date I should be receiving the order and they told me 7 more days. They also constantly offer the tracking status, but it only shows that the order was "shipped" on 04/11/2020 with no updates. I believe this company is a scam and if they can wait out any period of time for me to dispute the order, then they have my money and I have nothing. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND YOU WON'T GET ANYTHING FROM THEM BUT AGGREVATION AND A LOSS OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

It's been almost three months since I ordered my shirt. I didn't receive any notice of a delayed order, I had to contact these guys 3 separate times on my own to find out where the hell my shirt was. Each time they just said it was already delivered, or that I would have to go to the post office to find it. When I went the post office THIS COMPANY TOLD ME I WENT TO THE WRONG ONE! Hahaha laughable. I spoke with Taylor and asked for a refund. To which he asked me to wait ANOTHER WEEK which I understand is company policy, but still is a $#*!ty thing to say when I'm already rubbed raw by these guys. I just want my refund, I don't want to waste another HOUR talking to these guys.
But surprise, I talked to Erick, a manager and he told me that I wasn't going to get a refund as well and I had to extend my converstation and HOUR LONGER to finally get the promise that tomorrow I might get a refund. Jesus... it was $28 guys... this is so stupid that I had to fight for $28.

I made an order for two items that they said were in stock on March 30, they then claim to have shipped them in April 12, a Sunday. As of June 3 nothing has been received. They claim that it takes 10 -45 business days and say only week days count. It the item has been shipped the mail travels on weekends too, not sure how stupid they think people are. Have escalated this with PayPal. If you are smart you will not touch this company with a barge pole. Scammers from beginning to end.

I ordered a pair of size 10 pants, then was looking around at more clothing and noticed that the sizing was very odd and strange and did not match up with what I'm used to for sizing. It showed that a size 10 should have hips at 51 inches around and that the inseam was 39.51 inches, my inseam is 29, then I went to look at plus sizes and they were smaller in the hips for a size 10 and shorter in the inseam, so I started a chat and asked if the website was for extremely big and tall women, he never answered my question that I asked at least 4 times. I also said the sizing charts were all messed up, the tag for a size 10 showed XL hmmmm. I think this website is a scam.

I place an order with this company on April 25th. The second worse Chinese company posing as an American company I've yet had the misfortune to deal with. They broke my order into three separate purchases, all indicated they were shipped on the 25th or 26th of April from China. On two occasions I participated in their "chat's". The first rep admitted the orders were coming from China. This chat was on May 8th. She asked me to be patient and the orders would be coming soon. The second chat was on May 29th. That rep told me the products are promised delivery within 7 to 25 business days. He also told me to check at my postal office for the two packages that had not arrived yet. Why? These products are supposed to be coming by FedEx! BTW, the 29th was exactly 25 business days after the order was placed. They keep sending me more ads to purchase things, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I'll write back if I ever receive the items I ordered!

I really dont feel confident to place an order with this company despite the lovely images and cheap prices. I asked chat about product dimensions and felt the recomendations given were either randomly selected, or the salesperson didnt understanding my question, or that they were new to the job and winging it! Someone less sharp may have fallen for the inappropriate recommendations and has if it had arrived, as some say they dont, would have had an item of the wrong dimensions. This makes me cross, business does not need to be so unreliable. I felt uneasy and said as much, the replies were quite weak. I dont normally complain but the product images felt too good to be true, and i am not convinced about the professionalism and liability of this company. I won't be purchasing sadly

You pay for your products up front, not to mention the insane shipping charges and what do you get? They inform you after 6 whole weeks of your order that all the items are out of stock! I mean duh? Then they tool you around with the hopes to chose another similar item or items within the paid amount and finally after 3 more weeks they simply send you an email stating "we have refunded you". So, a couple of weeks after writing a bad review of this New Chic company on Sitejabber, I got an email telling me "Good News! Your order has shipped and is in the US". I was provided the tracking number and a unique tracking site. I starred the email and checked it daily. It showed my sandals were delivered to LA on May 3rd, and stayed there until May 29th. Then they went to Utah for a few days, then they went to NJ (Pitney Bowes?) for a few days. Then, FINALLY, they were delivered to my (small) home town on June 13th at an unlabeled site. I went to check on the progress today, and found the tracking email has disappeared from ALL my email envelopes: Inbox (where it was originally), Social, Promotions, Updates, Trash and Spam. When searching for ANY email from New Chic (that spelling as well as Newchic and Newchic.com) all I found was the plethora of ads. I have lost hope that I will ever see my sandals. I am contacting Paypal for a resolution.

Ordered 2 blouses fro newchic in early April 2020. On April 24 I received an email saying that one of the items had shipped, but the email contained NO tracking number. I never received any notification about the second item. As of 5/22/20 I still had not received any of the items I purchased and after getting no response to my inquiries by email I contacted my credit card company and had them do a chargeback. Just another Chinese company ripping people off.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS).
