Bought masks on April 4 as of June 17, have not received them. Newchic lies and lies. DON'T purchase.
They sent my package to the wrong address! You email them their customer service is atrocious! It's the same generic email we can't change the address once shipped! But you look at the tracking it's been sitting in their warehouse waiting to be picked up for over a week! No refund, no new package sent to my address just a big oh well we messed up but not going to fix it. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back! This is the worse company I've ever dealt with never again!

They offer products for sale they do not have and cannot expect to get for weeks or longer. They hide the fact they are in China because of course, if you knew, you would not buy from them. They took my money instantly (weeks ago) but refuse to refund it for several days. They respond to angry customers with scripted nonsense.

I loved the look of the clothes so I ordered some things for my summer activities, it is June 16th and nothing yet. I have no idea if the clothes will fit. I don't know if I will ever get my order. I wish I had read these reviews and not ordered from them. At least at Walmart I could save money and bring it home. But all my money is tied up in China now.

They lie on their site and then your cart adds up to 20-30% more than it should be on the last page where you complete your order. I did my cart twice, noticed my coupon said one number but the total price had increased by almost 50.00. I had a 40% discount coupon and started a chat. I was told the coupon was for non-promotional items only. So I went back and pick items that did not show their price was lowered, until the last page and I was then charged full price for them because I had the coupon and in order to use it they add up the full price of the original item, which was never shown on the browsing page. It is consistent and it is ripping people off. They outright practice consumer fraud everytime you shop with a coupon. The numbers do not add up.

So I placed 2 orders on 05/17/20, one order for alcohol wipes and another order for face masks. It took over 40 days to receive the alcohol wipes and I have still not received the face masks and it has been over 55 days. Tried navigating through their customer service chat and messaging but couldn't get through. Their phone number listed on their website does not work. I have had no issues with all the other online companys I have used. Do not order from NewChic.

On May 17,2020 I placed almost $200 order. No where did the order I placed indicate the products were coming from China. I was very patient in waiting so far 24 days for part of my order to be delivered only to find the quality of the product was much less than the photo's are advertising. The sizing is very inconsistent one of the same size large may of fit a child and the other was for and adult female. I tried to phone customer service only to find it was a number out of the country and unable to contact. I did not realize I had ordered two of the tops twice and now of course no return shipping label to return so I am stuck with them. The dress I ordered also inconsistent with woman's large unless you are petite which I am average size and still it is too tight and can't return. I paid $40 in shipping only to get part of my order still waiting on two more pieces that I don't even know if they will fit and no way of returning or getting a credit. This way my birthday present to myself what a joke and never again.

DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NEW CHIC! I swear it's a scam! I ordered some shoes from New Chic, they took about a month to be delivered (through a third party), and they were the worst fitting shoes ever. Size was right but I would have broken ankles trying to walk in them. THEY HAVE NO TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (a red flag for sure), so I did three online chats through their website to try and return them, finally agreeing to them reimbursing me 1/2 of my cost for the shoes and their shipping cost (which they did reimburse promptly). Also, it was only after ordering online through New Chic's website that a month after the reimbursement that I recently received a notification form my bank that the same credit card was being attempted to be used for a fraudulent online Best Buy purchase, as well as other attempts for its use. So I lost around $30 on the shoes order, but didn't have to pay for shipping them back to New Chic or trying to mess with them again, BUT a month later fraudulent use of my credit card occurs. I FIND THIS MORE THAN COINCIDENTAL. Other reviews for them are not too good either. BUYER BEWARE. I'd give them a zero star rating if the site would let me.

The items I saw in the pictures looked dramatically different than those that I ordered. I'm not that fussy, but they look and feel "cheap." They are not constructed well at all, nothing fits right. And of course, coming from China they are impossible to return. You can negotiate for a partial refund, but like me, you'll be stuck with clothes you'll never, ever wear.

OK so the shirt and shoes arrived in reasonable time about two weeks. That's where the good ends. The stitching and buttons on the shirts were extremely flimsy. The shoes started to show signs of wear within a couple of weeks and the stitching on the toes just came adrift and the soles have almost worn through in four months only wearing them indoors. The site to make a complaint refuses to accept the form provided. The goods from newchic are NOT worth the effort or money - extremely cheap and badly made. ZERO star from me. AVOID!

They are quick to grab your money, but could not care less whether you receive the merchandise. I have placed 2 orders with them one on April 1,2020 and the 2nd with expedited shipping on May 22,2020. I am yet to receive any items. Every time you contact them they tell you they will follow up with the Courier, but you never hear back.

I have brought a few things but I have decided not to continue Frist it takes forever to get anything they say 45 days but they don't tell you not to count weekends so in other words 65 days that is over 2 months for delivery. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
