It's now July 6 and I've received nothing from NewChic but the same, boilerplate response about "shipper logistics". Order was placed May 26... I'm usually not easy to con, but I've definitely been taken for a ride by these grifters. DO NOT GIVE NEWCHIC YOUR BUSINESS.
I placed an order on May 26 and my item shipped on May 29. I was given a FedEx tracking number, but it's useless, because it's now June 18, and FedEx *still* hasn't taken receipt of my item from a prior handler. I have no idea if I'll ever receive my order, but my credit card was charged promptly on May 29.
I could ship from Mars to planet Earth faster than NewChic is shipping. Tried to cancel order but they wouldn't let me. Horrendous service.
I was seduced by an ad on Facebook from NewChic showing some cute tunics with cats on them. It didn't sound like a Chinese company, and I did not check; I just sent money. The shirts never arrived, FedEx never heard of the tracking number NewChic sent me, and I was out almost $50. An expensive lesson: I should stop impulse buying!

I ordered two dresses on May 18,2020 and the charge was processed that same date. The order still has not arrived on July 5,2020. I emailed the company on July1, and they were to reply within 24 hours. Yes, I am still awaiting a reply. No, I will never order from them again and would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy! I am looking into fraud charges as well as robbery/deception... whatever I can sue for.

After being subjected to relentless advertising every time I used the internet, I ordered some garments from New Chic. They looked really attractive in the ads, but the reality was a lot different! They are extremely poor qulaity fabric, a very bad fit and dreary colours. In addition, the company offers no easy way to return the garments or obtain a refund. They ask for proof of a complaint (photos!) and finally gave me an address to return the garments to -- in China -- and told me I would be responsible for paying for the postage. I consider this company chancers and advise others to beware of their attractive and beguiling adverts.

Terrible service and quality. I ordered two blouses in my size L and 9 weeks later they arrived - in size 2XL! They insisted that this was my fault and I should have understood their sizing system and that I should ship them back to China from Canada at my own expense and they would try again. Many snippy emails later I am left with two huge (and poor quality) blouses and a partial refund. I am out $40 and wish I could warn all future customers to beware of the pretty advertisement pictures they post: this is a scam!

Absolutely terrible quality. Looks great, a flower handsomely curls up a side to an understated bloom. I order 3 variations. Shipped from Asia, turns out, over a month to get here, then 2 of 3 are not size I requested, and that's not the worst part. Cloth so thin it wont last 2 washes, and that's not the worst either. That handsome flower thing? It is IRON-ON! 1/2 inch of border is plain clear iron-on plastic.
I complained. They said I'd have to maul back (To China!) Or, they'll refund 20% or so (can't recall the exact percentage) So I shrug, "gimme the money," however little.

I ordered & paid for 8 shirts 8 weeks ago. The site I used informed me that the articles would arrive from the Netherlands in max 21 days. The shirts were for a group of yacht crew as a quarantine gift but we have all gone our seperate ways now so not possible to distribute. I have tried to cancel on many occasions & asked for my money back but receive the same automated answer asking if I can wait another 28 days to which I said no. This site is the biggest scam ever. It's been over a month - 6 weeks actually. And when I ordered, the website stated that everything was "in-stock" and would ship within a few days. That was BS! AVOID! No response to emails and the telephone listed does not even work. What a bunch of crooks. I'll be notifying my state's Attorney General office.

Saw the CUTEST blouse in my Facebook feed and my husband decided to order it for me as a bday present. It arrived two months later. It's hideous and doesn't match the advertisement I saw! The sewing pattern is the plainest I've ever seen. Looks and feels like a nurse's smock. Completely shapeless. My first thought was that it looked like it was sown by a middle schooler for a home economics project. ZERO fashion and awful fabric. Do not buy from this company.
Their only positive is that they're willing to give us a refund.

My purchases did not arrive within stipulated 45 days after shipping (which was three weeks after ordering).
Contacted Newchic's "customer service" with screen shot of tracking result showing the shipment is STILL IN CHINA.
Newchic replies with form email (ignoring my content) telling me to wait 45 days (I did) and telling me to check the tracking (I did)!
I repeat this process and get the same worthless reply.
Now I must hassle with getting my refund.

The company claims on its website, that it is possible to cancel the order before its shippment. I decided to cancel the order immediatelly after the payment. The cancel buttonon on their website that is supposed to serve for that purpose doesn´t work, so I decided to try some other ways, e-mailed them a few times, sent text messages to the customer service, but got no reply. I must admit I got fooled by the beautiful pictures of the clothes and ordered without thinking twice. I wish I had made some research before my stupid mistake. The only thing I can do now, is try to use social media and warn as many people as possible against making the same mistake as I did by sending them their money. Newchic is a Rip Off! Do not purchase anything from this dishonorable company! They took payment and NEVER delivered a simple order for N95 masks that would fit in a medium sized envelop in almost 3 months! At order they stated 2 weeks delivery. I have NEVER experienced anything in my life. The item I ordered was NOT the the same item pictured and it was also deflective because the pocket was sewn crooked. I sent them many pictures for proof and they they denied it. New Chic REFUSED to send me a prepaid label to ship defective item back to them like their return policy indicates. They tried to bargain with me by telling me to keep item and they will give me a 30% discount on my next order and then offered a partial refund. I kept making it clear that I wanted to send the wrong defective top back to them. I could NEVER speak to anyone so after spending hours going back and forth with them over 15 times by email and sending them picture after picture that they requested, they gave me a refund and never sent me a prepaid label to send item back. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
