My review of the site and my purchases on it.

In general, my family and I are satisfied with the work of the site, the goods on it and the order delivery service. BUT we / I have some complaints. Here they are:

1. Packaging: it was either missing at all or was of terrible quality (this applies to all the goods that we ordered). Maybe it would not be very important for me (for example, if I ordered only for myself), but I ordered for the whole family as GIFTS (!) for them! Both me and them, it was not very pleasant to receive for our money the things we ordered in such a terrible form.
2. The items themselves from our order: all the goods, and in particular, including those that we ordered from you, are beautiful, interesting, unique and of good quality (there may be exceptions). BUT! Due to the complete / partial lack of packaging or its terrible quality, some of the items from our order arrived completely or partially broken or damaged. It was not very pleasant, because they were intended as a gift to people.
3. Deception and substitution of things: I received one thing of a completely wrong type and quality. I read your warning on the site that the photos of the goods may not match the appearance of the things themselves. But I / we did not expect such a frank deceit from you. Instead of a Mariinsky glass pendant (if I'm not mistaken about what you wrote about it on the site), you sent me a piece of plain glass somehow (disgustingly poor quality!) Painted with some kind of varnish and then, not completely! And with broken edges! It was very unpleasant for me! This attitude towards their customers is simply outrageous and
Taken as an insult!
4. Delivery: firstly: it took quite a long time to wait for the goods. Secondly: I had to run after things collecting them from different places of delivery. Which undoubtedly caused some inconvenience.
I hope you understand my intentions to help you with improvements to your site and as soon as possible, taking into account all of them, completely correct them. Which, in turn, will give me the opportunity to continue our productive communication with you with pleasure to mutual joy. And this will give me the opportunity to also recommend your site to both my family and other people (and not only from my environment). Yes, and to increase their purchases from you and (perhaps) even become your regular customer in the future.
