I ordered 2 items on June 12th. Received an email on June 16th that order was processed and shipped. I was given a tracking number. According to the tracking information, the goods landed in Canada June 26. Since then I see on the update (Delivery in 5 business days).
I contacted NewChic. Their response was immediate: They aked me to wait 5 more days and if the goods have not been received, they will, at my option, refund the money or send another shipment. I waited 10 days. No shipment. Contacted them. Now they are asking me to confirm my address and wait more. I did. Am waiting for them now.
Language is another issue.
