NewChic return policy requires the purchaser to return the product at their own expense to China. In my case it would have cost over $60.00 to return an order of $120.00. I wanted to return the items I ordered because none of them fit me. The crotch on the pants was near my knees!

Good delivery time Sandals arrived in a week. Sadly they were too big so contacted them re: return. No problems they replied very quickly and after a few emails they refunded me in full. I did not have to return the item but as I couldn't wear them I decided to give them to charity. Excellent service no complaints whatsoever!

35 days after my order... I have NOT received any items ordered

I paid $292,29. Have no idea if I'll ever see any of what I ordered.
ONE order, 10 items, credit card approved. Yet 21 days later 1 item was CANCELLED for non payment!
Initial order was subdivided and subdivided again and re-subdivided... with added shipping!

Got a notification to pick up a parcel in HONOLULU... that is a totally other island.

I liked a lot of the clothes that I saw on site and the colours were really nice. I ordered 2 shirts for my partner but could only keep one of them. The shirt was nicely coloured but to be aware the material is thin so not sure how long it will last. Had trouble contacting company through the website because I didnt wish to ring them and couldnt see where their email address was. I used the chat line a few times and we have now concluded the part refund for the second shirt. Just feel it was too much hassle to buy from there again.

I will give you the clothes look cute. The descriptions of the fabric is dodgy, they never quite say what the fabric is made of, but still I dropped 62 dollars for some clothes in April. It i now July 15th and not one thing has arrived. The bar showing progress took 45 days to get the product shipped, and now it has been 45 days while it is supposedly SHIPPING from China. It could walk and get here faster than that.
Do not EVER buy from this company as they collect your money and then forget all about your order. Those Chinese must be getting rich. Tomorrow I am going to try to stop the charge on my credit card.

They leave you suffering the huge custom charges due to spliting order into 3 or 4 shipment. They refuse to refund the paid amounts for the cancelled orders. Their customer service is too bad and silly answers mostly automated. I am sure they will disappear shortly

Of the three different pairs of pants I ordered, the first pair came with open seams, and after repairing them the garment tore in another area. On the second pair a seam tore open the first time I wore them. The third pair has not torn yet. But I've only worn them once. The fabric is of such poor quality it cannot handle any stress from bending over or sitting down. I will never buy another garment from them.

It took 60 days to finally receive my shoes which were not put together properly. In fact, where it was supposed to be sewn or tacked down, it was not. The shoes were literally falling apart right in the box they were shipped in. They were also too small and looked nothing like the shoes I ordered. I am not going to even bother returning them. If it took 60 days to receive shoes that were falling apart, it's obvious that it would be a futile effort. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
