This company ships from China and appears to have no USA based distribution centers. This means long delays in receiving merchandise, especially with the current Covid import restrictions. The only tracking data you'll get from the company is the date it was shipped and that's about it. No updates provided. My order was shipped in two packages. I received the first package 2-1/2 months after placing my order. I'm still waiting for the second package and have no idea if and when it will arrive. The merchandise I have received is of pretty low quality. If you like poor service, substandard merchandise and are willing to wait forever to get your stuff, this is the company for you.

I have bought a couple pairs of shoes a few years ago and they arrived smelling so bad of bug repellant or whatever it took months to air out and when they finally did, I found out the size wasn't even close. So now I see some shirts and think "why not" well it took 2 months to arrive and every time I sent an inquiry to them they sent the same form letter back with a tracking number. So I got to see that the order sat for 5 weeks at a Shang Hai airport. All the shirts are small and I ordered 2 sizes up according to their chart. So never again!

After they pushed back trying to make the shipper my responsibility and then redefining their shipping commitment from date of shipment instead of order date I finally got my refund. Lesson learned.

2 items. $53 At 45 days I reached out for refund. I was told that 45 business days are actually 63 calendar days. At 63 calendar days I requested refund. I was told to contact shipper. Contacting shipper is not my responsibility. Apparently they think it is. They took my money. I have not received the product. They have not provided a refund. That is theft in my book. Please learn from my mistake.

Ordered something from them in mid May. It supposedly was shipped on 5/25/20. No tracking available, nothing comes up after this entry. Tried to contact without response. Oh yes! Some lucky buyers who got their items from this online shopping company are very lucky ones.
This company is selling broken and deformed items! What you see on the pictures - IS NOT what they are selling! I paid 55 euros - I got a pack of broken and deformed items. This money are lost to the ONLINE SCAM - NewChic shop! Normally if you are receiving from online shop broken or damaged items, seller proposes you refund or resend the items.
But with NewChic is not the case. They of course sent you the emails that refund has been issued, and how sorry they are that you received broken and deformed items. On account there's a mark on the order - refunded. LIE! NO REFUND! NO MONEY BACK!
I was receiving these emails for 14 days! No refund, no money - NOTHING! They suggested to address this issue to paypal. I filed the case. But unfortunately I trough the broken items in the garbage, as soon as I receive first email from NewChic about that they issued the refund. Who'd want to keep broken stuff for 2 weeks! So NewChic requested to send them back broken items, pay plus 25 euros, knowing that it is not possible. So paypal rejected the case... and SCAMMER won!
End of story!
PS. To NewChic don't you dare to answer to this review that you refunded - THIS IS LIE! Or that I should close paypal complaint - it is closed for couple of days - who stops you to refund now?!

Company practices unethical business practices such as having you pay for expedited shipping charges for products they know is not in stock. They will make you wait and refuse to offer refunds. 2 months and no information, crooks

So I received a fairly quick response to my return request. It came with a lecture on how manufacturers vary in sizing. Then newchic tells me to send the return to a province in China. Seriously? That will cost more than what I paid for the incorrect merchandise. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I will donate the blouses and have to write off what I paid, if I can.

Three months + 1 day after placing the order it arrived. When I looked at the envelope I couldn't believe they could fit 2 shirts in there. But after I opened it I understood why. The material was so cheap and thin on one of the shirts that I could have folded it up and put in in my back pocket without much of a problem. My wife laughed and said that we were going to use it as a Christmas "white elephant" gift. Check out the photo. That is an XL shirt my friends. The other one I might be able to wear a time or 2.

I was able to get through on the live chat today. I was again assured that the order was on its way. I was told to contact my local post office and see if I can locate the shipment. I informed the agent that I would not be commencing a search for my package and that if they are unable to deliver it I would be happy with a full refund. I was then offered a 10% coupon on my next order. Seriously? Eventually the agent came back with tracking info and sent me a link to a tracking site. It is in simplified Chinese and is not navigable. I have to click through some prompts with no choice of anything but "next". Eventually I land on a page that says "Move your mouse here to check the detailed general explanation of the package status". But that is just text displayed over a grayed out web page. There is nowhere to move your mouse to check anything. And that is the end of the line.
I am able to search the tracking number with Google and it suggests China Post. Clicking on that and reentering the tracking number does indeed bring up tracking for my package. The last entry is still "5/17/2020 - Handed over to airlines, Shenzhen." But in the IM window the agent posted one additional entry that I do not see on the tracking site: "2020-07-19 21:42 Chicago, arrive at the site." "So its not so far going yo arrive soon please so not worry". Did they just make that up to put me off for a while longer? I told the agent that I would agree to wait one more week and then I expect a full refund because I have no faith that the order will ever be delivered. It is two days shy of 3 full months since I placed the order.
So the drop dead delivery date has come and gone. There has been no delivery, and tracking status still displays the last action as "Handed over to Airlines.- Shenzen - 5/17/2020"
So the link the PR rep gave below leads to a site where I can leave a message for customer service. It promises to get back to me within 24 hours. HOWEVER - I already did this on June 29. It is now July 6 and I have received no response.
So I clicked on the live chat link on their web site again today. It actually responded with a chat window and put me in a queue - "You are number 5 in the queue. Your wait time will be approximately 5 minute(s). Thank you for your patience". To my surprise within 10 minutes I had "Sonya" helping me with my order! (S)he patiently explained to me that "you have selected Newchic Standard Shipping shipping method while placing an order which takes 10-45 business days for the order to get delivered". I responded with "I placed the order on 2020-04-22. It is long past the 45 day delivery time. Even if you are counting 45 days from the day it shipped we are past 45 days". Poor ignorant me. "Please note that the delivery time is counted from the shipping date which is 2020-05-14, also the business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays". She assures me that everything is fine with my order and it is expected to be delivered within a week. Note that it has been 73 days since I placed the order. But since I now know that weekends and holidays (US holidays?) don't count I know that it has only been 53 business days since I placed the order. And since they really don't start the clock until they get around to shipping your order it has only been 37 business days. It will not be 45 business days until 7/15. We will see. But even if they really do deliver by that date, note that it is 84 days since the order was placed.
If you are considering placing an order with this company, let me suggest that you click on the "live chat" link on their website first. I clicked on it over 2 hours ago and it is still spinning. And pay attention to the fact that no customer service phone number is available. Because there is no customer service. Once they get your money that transaction is complete.
Why did I click on the live chat link? I placed an order on April 22. It is now June 28 and my order has not been delivered and I have not heard a thing from this company. The tracking number they give me is a China Post number. The last status is "Handed over to airlines - Shenzhen - 5/17/2020. That plane must have gone down. Given all the other glowing reviews on this site I think we may need to get a class action lawsuit going. I don't hold out a lot of hope for getting my money back, but maybe we can prevent them from ripping off someone else.
The materials were correct, the size was true for blouses, one package out of 2 was minus a dress I was charged for. Both sets of pants were tag sized right, but were at least two sizes smaller than ordered. I am pleased with blouses and hats. Don't know what to do about pants and missing dress yet. Having hard time determining from internet where to deal with this. Would like to exchange pants for right size if possible.

I placed an order on April 27,2020. It is still "in transit." I have no expectation that it will ever get to me. Pretty website but there is nothing behind it. When complaining to customer service or Live Chat, all they do is apologize. I paid for shipping. Where is the merchandize. Do not do business directly with China. Always go through an American retailer which you can contact if there are problems. I am shocked that there are actually a few positive reviews? Those positive reviews are probably prepared by New Chic employees or New Chic paid for the positive reviews. How can one review merchandize that has never arrived?!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
