A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Before I purchased anything from New Chic, I had emailed them asking WHERE I would have to send the items back if they don't fit. The first reply just told me I had 14 days to return it. I then replied, again, asking if they had read my email and if the return items would have to be sent to Hong Kong or somewhere in the USA. Guess what? I never heard back from them. So I would be safe to say the returns have to be sent to China.

Re: My order 38679401 & 38679402 3 hats ordered on 12 Nov 17 online paid by Paypal of $41.33 incl. $12.83 postage. I have yet to receive email order confirmation from Newchic although I received payment confirmation from Paypal. Please confirm my order of 3 hats (am also questioning 2 order numbers instead of 3) and advise the progress of my order.
I ordered shoes and followed their guidelines regarding the shoe size, one pair was larger and the other smaller, neither one of them was made according to the size I had ordered. Do not purchase from this vendor at all you will get trash!
