I ordered a jacket from newchic and it was a huge disappointment. The fit was off and the material felt cheap. I followed the size chart but it didn't match up. Customer service was slow to respond and i had to jump through hoops to return it. Definitely wont be shopping here again.
I had terrible experience with newchic. The clothes i bought were nothing like the pictures online and felt cheap. The fabric was thin and the stitching looked poorly done, When I requested a return it took forever to get a response. Really disappointed with this purchase and will avoid this site moving forward.

Newchic's clothes look amazing online but if you need things fast, this isn't for you. My order took way longer – almost a month – and the quality was hit or miss. One shirt was fine but another one had loose threads and felt cheap. If you're okay with waiting and taking a bit of gamble on quality, its worth checking out
Purchased a pair of faux leather (not sure it was advertised as such). When I received them, I noticed that the finish was peeling. I sent a clear photo and asked for replacement shoes or a full refund. I was told "as it did not affect the operation of the product they would not do that. They then made the grand offer of 30% of cost or $6+ dollars and I could keep the shoes. I laughingly accepted as I determined that this was less than a reputable company. They then made the incredible offer of 50% or $11+ dollars. Both offers did not include refunds for taxes or shipping. I will now wear my damaged shoes everywhere and get an opinion of my new shoes. I WILL CERTAINLY tell them I purchased them from NewChic.
Excellent so far, easy to use. However, I wish to find out if my last purchase has been fully dispatched. I ordered four trousers, only two sent, and one of the trousers was a wrong colour. Am trying to obtain the invoice to be certain.
Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
The shirts I received at home are much larger than what their website describes... I tried to contact their Customer Service several times and no answer, so I cannot exchange the shirts for a smaller number... My advice, NEVER buy from NewChic, cause if u want to change anything, they will ghost you!
A 1 star rating is too much for these guys. They are scammers. I bout a jacket that was too small and wanted to return for a refund. They told me they will provide a 5% refund, I told them I want to return for a full refund. They stopped replying to me and did not send my refund. People please do not order from this site, the clothes are poorly made and they will steal your money.
No quality, I ordered a couple of stuff from this people. Shoes & pants everything is fake do not purchase anything from them when you try to return something they will offer you a discount if you say no, you will not receive any return the bill from them they want you to mail it by yourself with out your a shipping label Thick thick thick material
I ordered & paid for 8 shirts 8 weeks ago. The site I used informed me that the articles would arrive from the Netherlands in max 21 days. The shirts were for a group of yacht crew as a quarantine gift but we have all gone our seperate ways now so not possible to distribute. I have tried to cancel on many occasions & asked for my money back but receive the same automated answer asking if I can wait another 28 days to which I said no. This site is the biggest scam ever. Ordered four different pieces of clothing. Sizing is drastically unreliable. Product I received does not match their own size specifications. Tried to return items that did not fit, spent almost $30.00 return postage to china for $50.00 refund. Never received refund. Instead, return package was rejected, I just received it back after nearly 6 months from when I sent it. Noticed that their policy is refunds if returned within 30 days. I did not receive my purchase (or even shipping information) within 30 days. Purchased it July 4, received shipping info August 5, then received package around August 12. If the ability for return and refund are important to you, consider a different company.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
