Don't waste any money with this company!
Their goods are cheap fake rubbish that'll cost you too much to return to China for a refund and their customer service will explain how they are 'an ethical company concentrating on quality products and great customer service' - which is all lies. They just want to scam you.
OK so the shirt and shoes arrived in reasonable time about two weeks. That's where the good ends. The stitching and buttons on the shirts were extremely flimsy. The shoes started to show signs of wear within a couple of weeks and the stitching on the toes just came adrift and the soles have almost worn through in four months only wearing them indoors. The site to make a complaint refuses to accept the form provided. The goods from newchic are NOT worth the effort or money - extremely cheap and badly made. ZERO star from me. AVOID!

I did get a response to my previous review -- and informed the company is located in China, which explains a lot. Why does the website list a UK address? Not only were the items ordered different in appearance from the photo, but the wrong size. I am not going to attempt to send back to China (or Thailand where they were shipped).

I ordered two ball caps. They looked very good in the original photo. They arrived (finally) flat as a pancake, made very cheaply. They looked terrible.
They are a company from the UK, but the caps were made in Hong Kong, and shipped from Thailand! No return policy, no customer service.

Mislead about delivery time, then mislead about discount codes and orders. Attaching pic of the lies. It is only letting me atta h 1 pic. There are 12 pages of the lies, one after the other. Promise the earth, deliver literally nothing but keep your money for as long as possible.

Was planning to order six sets of dresses from your site, until I chanced upon these reviews. It seems that there are more unsatisfied people than happy customers. For an e-commerce site, this percentage is damaging. Dont think I will order now.

I was going to order but not any more. It's laughable how much they're trying to present themselves as a reliable company with the quick responses. May be they should focus on customer service. I'm not sure if people are aware but Chinese companies have a history of hiring people to write positive reviews. You can tell right away by reading the 4/5 star ones. Glad I didn't shop.

Sizes are SO far out of wack, you'll never find anything fits! It's cost prohibitive to return items ($65 from Canada for 3 light weight tops) and they know that. Even state it in their emails about return policy. Quality is sub- par too. Don't waste your time and hard earned money.

3 months since order placed, order still not received. I'm asked to visit post office and upon visiting post office twice they has no idea where my order is. Before starting operations in a foreign country, align your services. Stop doing things just for the heck of it.

I've ordered several items. Was charged $105 June 15,2020. But received only two items on the list. Tried contacting anyone at the company via email and live chat. Haven't gotten any satisfaction or refund. It takes MONTHS to have anything delivered. Which is fine, off I would have gotten my order.

Ordered over a month ago, no product. This seems to be the norm with these folks. I agree with others that all the positive reviews are being written by company involved English ignorant people. Bought a bag online and try to cancel within few hours. Customer services advice was either accept it or return to China ( the product came from China) which is already on the way. I feel sorry for the customers who spends more money than me. Be careful before ordering items.

I'm surprised to read reviews where anyone receives anything! I've ordered twice and received nothing. They keep my money for a few weeks and then refund. I guess if they do this enough they must be earning just through the interest they accumulate. Certainly won't bother again.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
