They do not deliver

Have seen this a few times in the reviews and wish I would've checked newchic out prior to ordering..."They lie by saying they made a mistake and sent it by regular shipping" This exact situation happened to me also. Ordered boots mid Nov and my boots were supposedly sent Nov 30. Was to take 15-17 days. Well its Jan 1st still have not received them. The package can only be tracked before it makes it to the USA. Horrible tracking system! I have complained and and once again they say track it (which is impossible) or just WAIT due to the holidays. Will never order from them again. Will post if I ever receive them... but don't hold your breath

Update: It has been 2 months now, still no boots. Checked with post office, nowhere.

I saw an ad on FB for shoes. They are exactly as pictured darling! I get lots of compliments and have 2 pair. Also ordered a jumper and blouse. There was a long wait for them but I got quick, courteous replies when I asked about the order and pieces arrived shortly after. My opinion is, if our clothes are manufactured in China already, I'm happy to cut out the middle-man to buy direct. Prices are low and materials are fine. Soft leather, cotton-poly, I'm happy

I ordered a skirt just over 5 weeks ago. They inform you the delivery will take "7-20 business days" and I'm well over it. I contacted New Chic last week asking for status or a refund, and all they asked me to do was wait another week. I reached out to a second customer service representative who said I should check in with my local post office, even though their website says the product has not yet been delivered. I have - at this point - given them $45 dollars for a skirt I dont think I'm receiving. Don't buy anything from them.

Terrible! Avoid this company. The customer service is a joke. You will lose your money.

I bought a pair of shoes. First, the PayPal screen was in Chinese, then I receive an email showing I had ordered two pairs of exact same shoes!? Even though I emailed Customer Service straight away to alert them to the error, apparently nothing could be done or cancelled, as they had been dispatched immediately (yeah right!?)

The shoes (both pairs!) arrived over a month later, and were ridiculously too small and were NOT the size ordered, but the company say that the £15-£20 return costs must be covered by myself. For their error.

It is absolutely terrible. Please be aware and read all the other very unhappy reviews.

Worst Ever!

I have never, ever seen such poor quality garments. Size info all wrong, & I, a size 12, ended up w/XL and XXL. Took 6 weeks for delivery, and two shirts in no way resemble those shown on website, and now I cannot contact them. Everything from China. Please, do not fall for this sham!

35 days after my order... I have NOT received any items ordered
My parcels are circling the world: Germany, Canada... I live in Hawaii
I paid $292,29. Have no idea if I'll ever see any of what I ordered.
ONE order, 10 items, credit card approved. Yet 21 days later 1 item was CANCELLED for non payment!
Initial order was subdivided and subdivided again and re-subdivided... with added shipping!
No real answers from customer service. Patronizing vague platitudes. Duplicates answers.
Got a notification to pick up a parcel in HONOLULU... that is a totally other island.
I am an elderly woman and have no idea how to defend myself against those crooks.

This scam company will send inferior/damaged merchandise that does not correspond to its pictures, then first ignore your customer service queries, then will demand more and more documentation of your purchase, then will offer a reduced amount of the return price rather than returning full value as per their stated policy. You will then be required to return the merchandise via tracked parcel post to China at your own cost, after which they will ask you for more information before refunding (like a scanned copy of your tracking receipt). It's likely that they will not issue a refund until you threaten legal action. This was my 3 month long experience dealing with New Chic. Don't let it be yours.

I tried to understand their silly standardized response-emails. I thought its better to simply send them back. But I read reviews at other sites that warned about it getting refunds. So Im cutting my losses. Will invest in good inserts... which I can use in another shoe, later.
There are lots of other shoe companies on the planet! Good luck to everyone!

Plan A: The size does not match what you ordered. You will receive a full refund or can choose to receive the product with the right size for free.

I never expected my 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of sandals to be good quality. Just cute!
The site itself tells you size of this shoe runs small, so go up a size.
Finally the shoes come in. Cheap, but cute. So far, ok!
One pair of shoes is ok fit. The others too big. Id have to invest in at least $30 of inserts to wear them.
These Hong Kong peoples customer service is Zero. Non-Existant.
Several emails in bad English asking for. Photos?! Of what exactly?! My foot next to a tape? In the shoes? Who is going to take a good pic? My neighbor?!
LOUSY COMPANY.
BUYER BEWARE.
I say: stick with American companies. Or better: Amazon.

I bought two pair of pants, both the same size, different styles. When they arrived, one pair fitted nice and loose (as I had ordered a size larger than normal) but the other pair was too tight to even get on. I contacted NewChic's customer service and told them my problem. They were straight back with a great solution and have promised to make things right. Their Customer Service was amazing actually... a lot better that I thought it would be for an offshore company. Very happy.

Ordered 3 bras & has been sent 2 different sizes which is significantly different from advertised size chart. The misfit can be identified visually hence no fitting is required.

Requested return which Newchic refuses straight away, citing "hygiene" reason despite products have not been used, Although it was seller's fault, their agent only offer partial refund for keeping the products. They don't care about customers as keeping the money is their main goal.

Please beware that seller's offer no direct email & communication can only be done via their site so you have no records. Possible fake feedback on their products which can only be left via their website thus quarantined & falsified.

Can't reach solution with Newchic & requested Paypal to step in. Buyers beware!

Thrilled

I've been burned by Chinese websites but I loved these Socofy boots so much I had to take a chance. So glad I did. Delivery within 3 weeks, despite Canada Post being on stoppages and strike looming. Real leather, just like the picture on the website, extremely well made & so comfortable. I just love them. I get compliments every time I wear them. Quality is excellent. I may just order another pair after Christmas, the styles & colours are unique. Great service, great product. Thank you!

Something a little different
August 24, 2021

Very pleased with quality style and choice of clothes form NewChic. I can always find clothes in different styles that I can't find elsewhere which are well made and value for money. When wearing these clothes, they are often commented on by friends wanting to know where I got them. Delivery is good and quite quick even though coming from China. Would recommend to all.

Details under "My orders" shows arrival of package end of March. "My orders" also states items are on "back order." This was not clearly stated at time of purchase. Apparently "ships in 10 business days" means the item is on back order! As usual beware of language.

Also product is shipped from China, New Chic states returns accepted for which you need to provide a tracking number making the return cost prohibitive. Usually a lot more than the product.

While some websites

While some websites will send you clearly cheaper imitations, Shirt Chic clearly mislead by having a picture of the high quality original, and sending a shoddy quality, extremely poor imitation.
While they claim to offer an easy returns service, they simply ignore your requests for any returns information. Only able to get my money back via PayPal.

Fabric varies

The prints are super attractive but the quality of the fabric varies considerably from rough and harsh feeling to smooth and silky. Personally I would rather pay much more for a thick cotton sweatshirt that is comfortable.

I like several shoes and I wanted to purchase them but after reading all the negative ratings I'm a little skeptical of ordering. One star rating is very concerning. SCARY! I really liked their shoes too! :(

Do NOT shop here

I ordered and paid for my order on June 28 it is now August 16 still haven't received it. I am getting the run around, no shipping company name, the tracking number they gave me is placed in the "Cannot be found" category. Have requested a refund they keep delaying it with excuses. Final word... save yourself a lot of trouble AVOID this company.

Everything went quite smoothly - selecting, paying and delivery (I was aware that delivery could take a couple of weeks). The boots would appear to be good value for money and are extremely comfortable to wear, although they have not had much use yet due to the appalling weather.

STRIPED CAT T SHIRT

Lovely looking T shirt with cat peeking out, I am usually an 8-10 and ordered small size. This is far too big for me. It measures approx 40". How can this be classed as small? The sleeves are about 4" too long and is nearly a tunic length.
