Their goods are cheap fake rubbish that'll cost you too much to return to China for a refund and their customer service will explain how they are 'an ethical company concentrating on quality products and great customer service' - which is all lies. They just want to scam you.

I placed an order in June. Newchic uploaded a tracking number but never sent the items. The package never got picked up by the carrier(Fedex). After 2 months the tracking number expired since it was never used to ship anything. Newchic tried to blame Fedex. Ive seen this scam before. A tracking number doesn't mean anything was shipped. The package(if there ever was one) was never given to the carrier and nothing got shipped. I'm fighting with my bank to get my money back.

Ordered two pairs of shoe in mid May which arrived in early August. The shoes were cheaply built and the incorrect size. Couldn't bother to engage these folks anymore - my puppy still likes new leather...

I have finally been able to deal with NewChic. Once I sent lots of furious replies about their horrible website and non-functioning LiveChat and phone... and they realized that I had contested the charges on my credit card, I suddenly got less dismissive replies. I paid for one order and am still working with them to figure out how they can pick up the second (repeat) order if they wish to do so. I did get the order x 2 (only wanted one of course). The quality is OK, not great. One shirt and pair of pants looked like it had an embroidery design in the photos but it is just a cheap decal. The cuts are poor overall but I guess I expected that. I rarely order clothes but with pandemic I decided to try. In the end, NewChic was fair but only when it was clear they would not get away with ignoring me. I would be very wary of them, esp the website that can trick you into multiple orders.

Here is the letter I sent them when they refused to refund the second order that I tried to cancel the next day because their horrible website allowed be to unknowingly send the order 4 times. I luckily caught the 3rd and 4th and was able to cancel them. --
This is not acceptable. Your badly designed website said my order did not go through and then immediately sent 2 duplicate orders. I will not be paying for one of these and will tell this cautionary tale and report you. I will contest the charge on my credit card. I see that many customers have had very bad experiences with you. You lie in saying shipping orders quickly is for customer satisfaction since the online complaints say that shipping takes months to arrive. Anyway, I will not be paying for the second order that your website caused to happen and should have been obvious to you was a mistake. So if the clothes arrive 2 x, I will donate them. I will not pay for them. So if you want to spare yourself the cost then stop the second order. Surely you have some control over your byzantine operation.
I got a wonderful product - a hat with a visor, but it took 3 months to arrive.
But more than that, the problem was I got very evasive replies about its arrival which created a lot of insecurity. They need to update the customer about the exact time of delivery and stick to that schedule. Customer service needs to be prompt and reliable.

A couple of months ago. I ordered and paid for two shirts. New Chic did send me two shirts. The size I ordered was much too small. I then ordered one size up for my original order. When I returned the shirts it cost me $27.75 to return the wrong size shirts. After several weeks I got online chat with one of their agents. I then explained step by step why I needed help me with my problem. After my detailed and rather lengthy discussion she asked me if I had the receipt. I told her I could not locate it but I had plenty of corroborating proof of my purchase. Sorry sir, we must have the receipt. I then told her what I would be sending in. I said give me my money back or send me the two shirts. AMONG OTHER THINGS, I SENT HER 1. A COPY OF THEIR INVOICE SHOWING MY ORDER; THIS WAS THEIR COMMERCIAL INVOICE SO THEY HAD TO KNOW I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH. 2. I SENT THEM A COPY OF MY POSTAL RECEIPT SHOWING WHEN AND WHERE I BOUGHT THE POSTAGE. NONE OF THAT MATTERED. Only a regular piece of paper that had receipt written on it would do. They used this as an excuse to not give me the money or my shirts

I ordered numerous items using their app 6/07/20. I did not pay for expedited shipping because none of the 3 options seemed worth paying for. Wow if I had Only known. For $10 standard shipping 10-45 days, $19 gets you express at 10-15 days, $21 Gets you "expedited" at 5-15 days. I chose Standard. Well it's August 23 today, still nothing received. The app says my order shipped on July 5th and even provided a tracking #. When I called Customer Service they said to call the carrier. Upon calling fedex they advised me that the shipper only created a label to get a tracking number but it has not been scanned to leave the point of origin. They advised me to call the shipper, Newchic. I called Newchic and they say "call the carrier, it is on their dock"... wrong! The tracking link eventually expired. I wait another week and email again then they reactivated the link and say it may Be stuck in customs. Waited, Contacted them again they said call the carrier. No records. Contacted Newchic again and they say it may not be packed yet. (Still says shipped July 5) I wait another week and they say "Oh, the 45 days doesn't start until the package is packed and on the dock and it may take months to fill the order and get it packed so it is not ready to ship". Sooo, why does your app tell me it shipped July 5th? So here I am 45 days out, well guess what, the small print says it doesn't include weekends or holidays or any other unforeseen delays so they can make up all sorts of stories. I am Pretty sure I just threw $120 down the tube. Also, be careful about the sizes EACH ITEM has a separate size chart. It boggles the mind. There is no telling what I will get, if anything, EVER.
This is the WORST shopping experience. Delays are one thing but the blatney dishonesty is just unacceptable.

I ordered size 12 pants and received XL. I figure XL could fit anyone from size 14-20. The crotch is 15 inches long and there's enough fabric to encase an elephant. Why list sizes if you have no intention of trying to fit them even remotely.

I ordered three items and what came after waiting forever to receive them, I was shocked to see that what was sent was a cheap replica of what was advertised and pictured on the website.
And when I went to return these items for a refund they wouldn't give me the return info and instead said I should sell them myself or give them to a friend... unbelievable!
Buyer beware because what you see on the website is NOT what you get... this is cheap stuff made in China to look like the pictures on the website... completely false advertising!

Today I finally received 2 pair of lovely boots, however 1 pair is too small. Called the number ( 10 digit USA number) and the customer support man said he was from newchic - not socofy and I needed to Google the socofy #. I did and it says newchic owns socofy co. Then he said I needed to contact my bank and he couldn't hold as he claimed to be in Hong Kong! Untrustworthy scoundrel! All I want to do is make an honest size exchange. Don't use this company.

Don't order from these scammers, I ordered a pair of sandals and 2 tops on June 3rd, still nothing. The tracking has it stuck somewhere and they just keep saying, dont worry its coming, just track it, as you can see its in transit stuck there for a month. I always purchase with PayPal, they got me a full refund.

Do not buy from them. I ordered the beginning of April and finally got a partial shipment in July. Nothing fit, even ordering two things the same size there were huge differences in the size of the product. I couldn't reach anyone about a return. Now 4.5 months later they say the other item is still on back order even though I asked them several times to cancel that and return my money. No refund no item. RUN!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
