Ordered goods in early August and the items never arrived, allegedly shipping on August 14th and due to arrive by today September 29th which they did not. A waste of money, would definitely NOT recommend.
While some websites will send you clearly cheaper imitations, Shirt Chic clearly mislead by having a picture of the high quality original, and sending a shoddy quality, extremely poor imitation.
While they claim to offer an easy returns service, they simply ignore your requests for any returns information. Only able to get my money back via PayPal.

The item I ordered 1 month ago was showing in stock when I ordered it and 15 days later they finally sent me an email saying that was being ship and not even a tracking number was provided. You have to wait for more than a month to get your item delivered. I am just getting a tracking number now that I had to reach the company by the costumer service. They dont even give you a refund of your money. So take these aspects into account before buying something here.

These people are common criminals. They carefully hide information about returns & size accuracy. 2 pair of shoes are over an inch too large, & they will not do anything to rectify this situation. They will not answer the phone when I call & some email take 2-3 days to return email. Its like they want me to give up or run out of time.

Product never came. Newchic made me wait months before even acknowledging that "it had been too long." Then they wanted me to call FedEx but they hadn't even put a tracking number on the package. They also did not turn off flood of unsolicited marketing emails when asked. Had to block. They offered 10% off my next purchase... why would I want to try them again?

I ordered a wallet in May. It was promised in June. It is now almost SIX MONTHS after the initial order and it has not arrived and I have lost any hope that it will ever get here. Their "Service" department answers my emails with form letters that do not address my questions but rather tell me to "be patient," tell further lies about anticipated delivery dates, and refer me to a "tracking system" filled with inconsistent statements and further lies!
Trying to deal with them in any way just makes the whole experience worse.

It took about 4 months for the items to be delivered. I got a partial refund for late ones, which is good. Nevertheless, it is frustrating and irritation to try and track the orders. Emails and phone calls were not accessible. One of the items that was on display was not what I expected in terms of size.

My shirts are so cheaply made, I will be lucky to get two or three wears out of them. Just as bad, they refuse to stop sending spam emails. I have unsubscribed and when I do it again it tells me that I cannot unsubscribe as I have already unsubscribed. What a pain in the butt. Do not buy here.

No problems with my order. Delivered quickly. Good service. Why insist on 100 characters? I said it all in two words.
First of all, the sizes are all over the place. I ordered based on their size chart. The pants were so huge that they looked like clown pants, so I am stuck with five pairs of pants that I can't use. The shirts are narrow across the upper back so of course they're too tight. The bra looks like Madonna, so pointy in the front, that I can't wear it. The coat is cool but the hood looks 4x too big. Some items haven't even arrived. Out of 15 garments, only four fit. I can't send them back to China because it's not worth it. Customer service said that they'd send me ONE pair of pants in a smaller size, free, but I haven't received those either. I wish I had my money back. What a waste of money. I would have been better off ordering online from Macy's and having clothes that fit and have a decent quality than spending a small fortune on only four items that fit.

I sent a message on Aug. 24,2020 and asked the status of order and was told that the cloth was sold out. And they told me that i will get the refund soon. It has been three weeks since i was told "soon", I chatted with their staff online one week ago and she told me that they will refund to me in 48 hours. Now another week has passed, and nothing happened...

This is a racket. The website says you can return within 30 days, but what they DON'T tell you is that you have to return your items, at your expense, TO CHINA! Let's see, how much will the original purchase cost now? They did everything to get me to exchange rather than return, but the items were so mis-sized that I couldn't possibly re-order. A small was oceans too big and the shoes had such a stench I couldn't stand being near them (they advised I put lemons in them for awhile!). I was given the option of exchanging (still would cost me as much as my order) or getting a half-the-amount refund. Of course, I had to take that as there was no choice. What a racket they have going. They are virtually not taking any returns and can get away with that by refunding SOMETHING. I told them I'd never order from them again. I wonder what my recourse is if I don't get refunded. Please be forewarned... even though the clothes are cute, it's NOT WORTH the aggravation.

After the review I left on this site - received a message as a follow up to the review. They stated they were sorry about the situation and would immediately send me a link to send back my items. They NEVER sent that link - they just responded to look like they cared- They DID NOT CARE! Never heard from them again. I bought a jacket and a sweater. Both were very poor quality - that's ok, it's the chance you take. But DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS you have no intention of trying to return. I give it one star, because they make it impossible to do a return or contact them in any way. So, if you buy from here, you're stuck with it. This experience makes me wish I read more reviews.

I ordered face masks from then and after 70 days all I got was emails saying that they had been shipped. I requested that the order be cancelled I was advised that they could not cancel it but that once received to let them know and they would send instructions on how to return the masks for a refund
After two months I am still waiting for those instructions and all I get is to send them the details of why I am dissatisfied... now my third time sending the same info.
If this is an example of their customer service, stay away.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
