First of all, I like to see what is the full amount, including the postage, before I am taken to the payment, rather than hiding it!
The second problem I had with the order was that the sizes of the two pairs of shoes when arrived were at variance with what was ordered (size 9) - the first pair of winter shoes was too tight (probably due to the fact that they were fully lined with fur), and the second pair of ankle boots were too big and not of the quality I had expected! There was a noticeable visible difference in sizes between the two pairs.
Having being used to dealing with the online companies selling clothes and shoes, like NewChic, who recognize the problems associated with buying online, and who offer, as standard, the prepaid return label in case the size was not right, I assumed that the same level of customer service was offered by NewChic.
It, therefore, came as a big disappointment when I learned, that to return the shoes in order to claim a refund, I would have to pay the postage to China! As far as I was concerned, that was out of the question, and eventually, I have settled for half of the refund whilst keeping the shoes. As they are no good to me they have ended up in a charity shop, and I hope to make someone happy for Christmas.

Received a product that was scratched and damaged. They offered x amount of money back as good will. Better than nothing. Most they can do was partial refund which almost covered the delivery charge. Will be a while or never if I ever order from them again. Dissatisfied with product but Customer service was par.

Do not buy from NEWCHIC! IT IS A SCAM COMPANY UNDER MANY DIFFERENT NAMES! I RECENTLY ORDERED AN EMBROIDERED JEAN AND COTTON DRESS. I RECEIVED A POLYESTER JEAN WITH ELASTIC AND PAINTED FLOWERS DISGUSTING. AND A PLASTIC DRESS NOT EVEN POLYESTER. IT IS NYLON! AT AMERICAN PROCES I BOUGHT 80$$$$ WORTH OF CRAP. I do not recommend these sites they have different names and sell all poor-quality clothes at barbaric prices. I have asked for a refund and I am still waiting for procedures.

Please do not buy from this site, it's bunch of fraudulent people. When you place the order they will tell you 35 working days which obviously is a sophisticated way to get your money and with draw it and made it impossible to recover your money.

AND I found the same shoes on Ali Express for 11$.

VERY EXPENSIVE SHIPPING

If you are buying 3 items which are from different warehouses, you will be paying 3 shipping fees which you can see on the shipping fee breakdowm. And if you add the same item, the shipping fee will also increase. Example. A shorts' shipping fee on the shipping fee breakdown is $4.27 if you add one more of the same shorts it becomes 5.79

So if you have 10 items in your cart imagine paying a shipping fee for each item

I planned on buying around 3-4 items but because the shipping is so expensive it doubled my cost and it's unreasonable to pay that much. My total ended up around $120 with shipping which I simply can't afford, it is a shame because I know my brother would absolutely adore the hoodies and t-shirts for Christmas. I wish free shipping was offered or a maximum of $15 shipping would even be better than doubling my price.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their products are piss poor at best, they are overpriced and they products are knock off wool and other materials. I spent over $200.00 on two jackets and when I got them, I was highly dissatisfied! I contacted product support and they offered me 50% refund and I would have to pay for my own shipping and handling. Shipping was going to cost me $50 dollars so instead of fighting with these A-holes I did then next best thing which made me feel good and gave them both to a homeless guy who was cold.

Their return policy states they will give a 100% refund if done within 30 days, I contacted them the day after I received and 3 days of exchanging emails and getting my BP raised, I gave up and decided to write this review. I will find as many places to review this horrible company and repeat this review there.

We ordered a bunch of stuff (worth 135 euros) on October 5,2020. Only Friday October 30, one item (a baseball cap) was DROPPED OFF at the entrance of our office building and we were lucky (?) that someone didn't steal it. The quality of the cap was cheap at least. Our contacts with Newchic produced a stunning detail: Our October 5 order was shipped... 20 days later and shipping could take 15-35 days. Plus the fact that in all communications, the seller had wrong used a wrong email, they didn't show all the items on the order page and all those signs that they may spend a lot of money advertising but they're terrible in customer service. Terrible, think not just twice but many times before you lock your money in that shame of a seller.

Worst Company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered a cellphone holder on Oct 7,2020 and received it on Oct 28,2020. For three weeks it was "waiting logistics pickup" without a new status. After complaining for several days it finally moved. Between robot emails and poor customer service responses I have had enough of companies that take your money and respond with emails that provide no information and offer little to no support. I am guessing they had to catch the leather and make the item right before shipping. I am also guessing it took the slowest boat from China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company. I placed my first, and only order, in Oct 2020. The first items arrived within a couple months but the rest took forever. I ordered two pairs of pants, size 14, the first pair ended fitting like a size 16 and the second pair fit like a size 12 so I wasn't wearing that one. The first pair shrank in the wash, i only use cold water and it did not go in the dryer. The waist did not shrink but the length did and now I might as well throw them away since i don't wear knickers. Trying to return and refund items is a nightmare. If you email them for information they send a pre-typed email back, they don't answer your questions, and every time you email them back they send the exact same email to you. I filled out a survey and in one of the boxes, i ticked "if you want to contact me email only" and yet they called me three times. Then there was an item that one of the tops i ordered was no longer available, even though for the next three months it was still advertised on their site. They gave me the option of waiting until it was back so i did. Now almost 3 months later they are telling me to exchange or refund, but with no details on how to. Of course I emailed them back and got the same pre-typed reply three times. Basically in my email I had to yell at them with capital letters to get an individual response and still the customer service rep did not answer my question. I am done with this company and will tell everyone I know to never buy from them. The last item, a pair of boots that I ordered in size 11 ladies, measure as a size 8, i can't even squeeze my big toe in. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, the products are misrepresented, the quality and sizing is all off, their customer service is horrible. If I could give them no "stars" I would.

According to the customer service, since products are not manufactured in the US, you have to wait 15 working days(Saturday and Sunday not included) from the "shipped" date. The first "shipped" date is when the FEDEX label is created which is not when the product is shipped from China, Europe... The next "shipped date" is when shipped from somewhere and that's when you start counting your 15 working days.
You can not cancel the order once it has "shipped" again which shipped date I not sure, you have to wait until you receive the product and then start a return process.
NO STARS given, I had to choose 1 just to submit this review. I will not order from NewChic and will advise my friend not to either!

After waiting for over a month for the delivery of my shoes, the incorrect sized was shipped. I jumped through many hops seeking a return or credit with no solution.

Where's my order

I've ordered several items. Was charged $105 June 15,2020. But received only two items on the list. Tried contacting anyone at the company via email and live chat. Haven't gotten any satisfaction or refund. It takes MONTHS to have anything delivered. Which is fine, off I would have gotten my order.

Not so happy with it

New Chic is in China so if you are in the US and want to return something it will cost much more than your purchase. Sizing was way off for the shirts purchased for my son. $108.00 to return them! Going to Goodwill instead.

This company is NOT Amazon. They won't pay for return shipping. It happened to me - I ordered a double XL shirt - which was still too small for me and I wear a Large or maybe XL American shirt. When I tried to return the item, it was unbelievable how difficult it was. The company suggested they would give me 20% off or "maybe I could sell it to a friend or relative." Their clothes and shoes look cool. Just be ready - if things don't fit perfect - you're paying big costs to return the item.
