The product was very goog but the size its probably chineese size, so you have to adapt the size of your product to the western people. Otherwise nothing was suspicious or misleading.

It was not made obvious on the website that buyers are responsible for customs duty. This increased the cost of my order by approx. 50%. Chat was useless. No email address or way of contacting the company. I wouldn't buy from again.

When I contacted the customer service they replied quickly by mail in 24h. Overall, a disorganised and slow logistics. How long does it take to put some T-shirts in the post? I am still waiting for my last (and final) order to arrive, from early October. I won't be tempted to use them again.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
