Received a product that was scratched and damaged. They offered x amount of money back as good will. Better than nothing. Most they can do was partial refund which almost covered the delivery charge. Will be a while or never if I ever order from them again. Dissatisfied with product but Customer service was par.

* NewChic attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

A 1 star rating is too much for these guys. They are scammers. I bout a jacket that was too small...
