My purchases did not arrive within stipulated 45 days after shipping (which was three weeks after ordering).
Contacted Newchic's "customer service" with screen shot of tracking result showing the shipment is STILL IN CHINA.
Newchic replies with form email (ignoring my content) telling me to wait 45 days (I did) and telling me to check the tracking (I did)!
I repeat this process and get the same worthless reply.
Now I must hassle with getting my refund.
