Their non-800 number phone is disconnected. That should tell you everything you need to know.
If that doesn't stop you from using them, you need to know that any calls with post-payment problems go to some other country where their only job is to get you to hang up. They cannot and will not help. If you ask to be connected directly to the US location in Texas, they lie to you and tell you they cannot transfer the call. If you contact them by email because your order is short, they will offer to sell you what they shorted you! No kidding! Seems good on the surface, becomes a nightmare, after the sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Once they think they have completed your order, good luck if it isn't really complete.
