Rip off from China

I was supremely stupid to give newchic my money. They never sent the n95 masks I ordered over a month ago, they gouged the hell out of me on price when masks were scarce and 30 days later, no masks. I should have known they were Chinese thieves but they hide this on their site. They should be banned from the USA. Liars and crooks.

I places an order on 4/19/2020 and my credit card was charged almost immediately, I paid for Priority Air Mail. As of today 5/19/2020 I still don't have the products and the tracking shows the packages have not moved. I was told to be patient and give it a few more days. I was told Order number ******* was shipped on 4/22/2020 and Order number ******* was shipped on 5/2/2020. How long does it take Priority Air Mail? My patience is running thin and when I try to track it it looks like it has not left China as nothing has changed on tracking. Please help or refund my credit card.

Scammers

I ordered a coat over 60 days ago and they never sent despite stating they would, I complained to PayPal and new chic sent a reply stating it was shipped so PayPal closed complaint and now I can't get them to reopen because I agreed to believe new chic, they are liars and I willNEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS

Terrible

At first really liked the clothes and prices as seen on line. After multiple attempts to order they were unable to process my order. And than the prices on the items were jacked up. Finally got ahold of a live person who was of no help. Got off the phone got back on line and the same items I had ordered were shown again at the sale price. What a scam! Glad my guardian angel was looking after me and this company did NOT process my order.

TERRIBLE COMPANY.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS. Items look nice but they started with very bad transactions, they only want you to pay cash so they reject your credit card as if you had no credit, not good. Company from Hong Kong (China), this use to be a nice place but now it's rotten. I do not need this bad shady business. It says they will take for ever to send items.

I ordered a package on April 22nd. Today I went to my order and saw it doesn't show my order. But I have an email showing proof I paid for 2 shirts. And it did charge my credit card. Where is the package? Has it not been sent out yet? I can't ask any question cause I don't see a order number on my email.

I have placed three orders with Newchic. When I placed the order I was not aware that it would take 45 days or longer to receive the items. I checked the status of the orders using the tracking numbers and it remained in the shipped status for two weeks, never progressing. Then I was told when I inquired that I should receive them by May 10,2020. Well, I am still waiting. Newchic makes a bad name for online ordering. I advise before ordering online to get all the details by calling the company and getting their information and place your order with live personnel. This pandemic has created greed and bad online avenues of shopping.

I paid by Ideal. They pretend they didn't receive the money and canceled the order. They blame my bank, but the money was transferred to their bank. But they have a very good suggestion: pay again, but now with credit card!

Update:
It took a while but eventually the money paid was refunded to my account. Thanks!

I ordered a shirt and it was very cute; however it was a little small. I contacted the company to start the return process. "Jerry" told me I could go ahead and return it to China (which I assume would be quite costly), or I could get a 30% coupon for next time. I donated the item to charity and requested the 30% coupon. Jerry emails me the coupon and I try to purchase a pair of sandals. I enter the coupon code and I get a message that the code is invalid. I contact Jerry again and he asks for a screen shot of the "message". I email him the screen shot. Then I get another email from Jerry telling me that the screen shot was "broken"? I then emailed him and told him I was done with NewChic and would leave a negative review. Would not recommend ordering from this company. Buyer beware!

Weeks after placing two orders, which have not arrived despite paying for "Priority air shipping" the company's response is that the expected time for priority air shipping is 7-25 business days.

I ordered mens shoes on 3/19/2020 AND THEY DON'T TELL YOU EVERYTHING. After a few days I received an email that they are on ordered and wasn't until 4/20/2020 did they received them. They were shipped the same day. It is 5/11/2020 and they are still sitting in at China shipper. My email stated delivery in 7-20 days. It is now over 21 days. Currently there wb site now state upto 45 days. It's a typical Chinese business, you buy and after that you mean nothing. With today's computer network, they knew they did not have these shoes in stock and nothing about it being backordered. Just take your money. I'm through with any Chinese business on line unless Amazon stocks and ships from the USA. I'm OK with China made products but there business sense is not he same as expected in the USA.

I ordered a few pairs of very nice looking men's casual shoes, the first of this year: January-February. I am still waiting. I never received a status report on shipping delays, etc., like Amazon.com is very careful to communicate if necessary. The year is half over and Newchic has never filled and shipped my shoes that I ordered. I should consider myself fortunate, I suppose. Why? I NEVER received what I ordered. I've read several other reviews and the writers virtually wish they had NEVER received what they ordered. Better to not have, than to have and not want. Newchic, I have no idea of how long you plan to be in business. I can only say: As for myself, you won't be in business long. I simply will not re-order ANYTHING from you, again. Their payment information claims they accept credit/debit cards. I tried ordering two shirts five times and each time they cancelled the order, claiming my debit cards were rejected. My two banks say that NewChic never even tried to charge the cards. Then they sent me an email saying my order was waiting for "manual processing", and then nothing ever happens. Lots of wasted time for nothing. Shop elsewhere.

Don't buy here

I ordered my item way back March 20 now is May 8 and no item yet. Called them more than 3 times to follow up and agent said wait few more days. Today I asked for refund and they said wait till next week. Donw't take chances you will never get your item and money back.

DO NOT BUY. They may have items and at a good price. Good luck getting them anytime soon or filing a claim. There is no phone number that works, and even their email is capped at like three sentences. I paid for priority air shipping, on an item that was in stock and "ready to ship", they got around to shipping in 9 days later, then told me "i should have it in 7-34 days" (it came in 28), and refused to refund my extra shipping money.

Cute Clothes -

I was under the impression I was buying from a U.S. company when I purchased a dress from NewChic for our granddaughter. And when I tracked her item to see how long it would take to get to her, it showed an address in New York but in reality, it's coming from China. And that's something that was withheld from me when I used their chat services. No wonder it's going to take 45 days to arrive. I took the precaution of using PayPal for payment and right now I'm on hold with Chase's resolution center. Buyer beware!

Just questioning

Why do all the great reviews with pictures have pictures that look like stock photos? It would be super helpful if actual people with actual reviews post pictures of what they received. The ones that did post photos I can't thank you enough. As they say, a picture is very much worth a 1000 words. I had an order ready to place but after seeing actual photos, I'm not going to! I would't care about delivery time all that much. But I would care if after waiting a couple months what I received was ill fitting cheap garbage. Thank you for all your reviews. Very helpful.
