They have suggested it is reasonable to wait over 100 days for your order. Every time I have tried to contact them, they give me the same script. It doesn't matter what I asked. I will never order from them again.

I ordered 2 shirts from Newchic on March 9,2020. Today is May 1,2020. I haven't received the shirts or any notification as to the order status. They don't answer my emails. I have tried to chat with them on their website. No one will come online to talk. I just get a message saying I am first in the queue and have only 3 more minutes to wait. I have waited as long as 25 minutes while this message was onscreen.
MY ADVICE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE STOLEN ABOUT $60 FROM ME. I AM JUST GLAD THAT MY ORDER WASN'T FOR MORE MONEY THAN THIS 60 BUCKS.

Took a month to get it and clothes don't look anything like website, does not state it is coming from China, which I never would have ordered it. I am trying to return all that I ordered and no one is calling me back or emailing me back. They are saying they will take returns within 30 days but it takes a month to get the stuff

This company sucks. They sent me clothing that was supposed to be XXL and it came as XXS. When I wrote them to say that I wanted a refund, they responded with the following -
"We are very sorry for receiving the unfitting items. As you may be aware, there is no mandatory clothing size or labeling standard. Individual manufacturers have always deviated from them, sometimes significantly. They are not consistent. Which caused by material, shape, stylish etc. Thus normally when shopping in the shoe shop, shop allows try it before buy it. That's the reason we put a size chart on every product page. What we recommend is that you take your own physical measurement and find a suitable size from the size chart on the product page."
Basically don't trust them. Also their website said to reach out to customer service to get a return label, which I did, and they said that if I want to make a return - I need to do the appropriate things. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB as well as my bank.
Can you trust anything from China? I think not.

My item wasn't even shipped for 10 days and then took nearly 2 Months to reach me. That this outfit is based in China isn't made clear until AFTER you place your order! Online ads make no mention of that. Beware this business!

Never visited or heard of them but somehow got on their mailing list. Only way possible is if they bought the list from malicious source. Tells a lot about them.

I ordered a Medium sized Hoodie last January, it arrived middle of April, never in a million years is this a medium size! It would barely fit a child. I went online to apply for a refund and was told that I would have to mail it back to China and pay the shipping charge, so now I am out of pocket for the cost of shipping to me and the cost of returning the item. I do all of my shopping online and I can honestly say that this is without doubt the worse company I have ever had to deal with! I will never use them again.

I have never experienced with any company online that i purchased from. Before i found out about this place, i thought WISH was the worst,, but now? This place takes the cake... i have ordered an item in first week of March. Til this day 4/15/2000 i still haven't seen it. I called Customer service and they told me to wait and it will come. So i waited and still nothing happened. So i called them back again. She had the nerve to ask me" what is the reason i want it so bad?" first of all. I dont think thats none of your business second i ordered this hoping i can wear it while its still cold here, and seeming we are into summer, which i have no use for it in the summer.

Paid for expedited shipping and my order has yet to arrive 30 days later. Have contacted customer service and they do not provide any tracking information only state the order has shipped. Refuse to issue refund for expedited shipping charge. Not worth the hassle, shop elsewhere.

Ordered item and was not given a delivery date. After 20 days and no delivery date I contacted them through email and was given a April 11-15 date. Now as of today, they state it was delivered March 23 rd.

This is a very dishonest and disreputable retailer. They treat customers unfairly and have horrible Customer Service! I will never order from them again and I advised everyone that reads this to do the same! If anyone thinks this is a friendly site must be smoking something and should share it.

3 Return is to an address in China
4. Return shipping to China is $ 35.00 (Therefore not worth it)
5. The shoes are not great

I received a blouse from this company and it was horrible quality and much too large. I found out that to return it I had to send it back to CHINA! I found this out after spending 1/2 hour trying to get information from their customer service. I will never deal with them again and will donate the blouse to the Salvation Army.

Terrible company.
I ordered some trousers which arrived and were faulty. Everytime you speak with their customer services team you get someone new, meaning you have to go back and forth an infuriating amount of times to get any answers.
After first asking for a photo of the damaged item, they then asked me to return it. They only refunded me after I persistently chased them. Now they're refusing to refund the return postage cost even though the item was faulty. It even states on their own website that they cover the return postage cost of faulty items. Refusing to do this is also against the law.
I seriously advise you to stay away from this company.

I have ordered 2 items great looking on the picture but reality was disappointing. I wouldn't order anything from this web site if I would know it is not from America but it is from China. The quality of there tops is poor.

I spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund, initially with NO RESPONSE to any of my emails to newchic.com. Finally opened a PayPal Dispute and got an answer from them. They mucked me around for another week or 2 of emails and delays before agreeing to a 'partial refund' but only if I 'closed the PayPal Dispute. I argued against this, even seeking PayPal's advice (they said don't do it) but was pushed to the wall by their stalemate. In retrospect I realise I should have Escalated the Claim with PayPal but silly me, I trusted them, and just wanted it to be over. Of course once I closed the PayPal Dispute - no refund! Emailed a few more times to which every email said 'wait a few days' / wait 12 hours etc. etc. Etc. SOOOO FRUSTRATING. Lost my money.

I've always received good customer service from the newchic at Best Buy. I would like to purchase a bag or anything else that always helps me, customer manager. Even if there was a problem with something I purchased. If I notified them timely. They made it right.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
