Their payment information claims they accept credit/debit cards. I tried ordering two shirts five times and each time they cancelled the order, claiming my debit cards were rejected. My two banks say that NewChic never even tried to charge the cards. Then they sent me an email saying my order was waiting for "manual processing", and then nothing ever happens. Lots of wasted time for nothing. Shop elsewhere.

There was an unauthorized order on my account, which I canceled and received a refund to my debit card. The next day there was another larger unauthorized purchase for $244 for electronics. I went onto Wish.com to cancel it and someone had already canceled it. I removed my debit card info from my account and changed the password. Wish.com later claimed the cancel request requested Wish Cash, instead of a refund. Wish.com refused to send me a refund. Their automated responses leave me no further ability to speak with them.

  • FedEx

Twice in a week they faked a first delivery, for two different items. I was home both types. The first one was then delivered the next say, though they just tossed it outside my apartment door where it could have been stolen, rather than let me open the door and accept it. Today they faked the second delivery of the second item. It just so happens that they don't leave notices at the doors of first sand second deliveries, meaning they don't have to actually make an attempt to say that they did, as no proof eis expected to be left behind. If I'm not home on their actual first attempt they will now call it a final delivery, put up a "Final" delivery attempt notice, and stop delivering. They're liars. Companies need to switch to USPS. Ask when you order items if they deliver using FedEx and then if they do cancel your order. It's not worth it. I lost a large shipment in 2019 due to this nonsense racket.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid companies that use FedEx; ask first. USPS is good.

FedEx lies and Wayfair believes everything FedEx tells them.

I ordered a small rug on the 7th of the month. On the 16th FedEx put a first notice on my apartment door claiming they had made a "fourth and final delivery attempt." FedEx's online system said they had rescheduled delivery (an alleged fifth delivery attempt) for the next day, which I then canceled via the automated phone line. FedEx then claimed they made the delivery attempt anyway (no notice left), and that would be the final delivery attempt.

Wayfair then claimed FedEx was waiting for additional info from me. FedEx's automated system claimed, instead, that only the company sending the order can give additional information. I called Wayfair again and they got FedEx on the line and FedEx claimed they would make another allegedly sixth delivery attempt on the 23rd. I waited at home all day and they never buzzed my apartment door. I called Wayfair again, who again got FedEx on the line and FedEx now said there would not be any delivery (allegedly sixth) attempt today, as they already made five delivery attempts! FedEx claims the delivery person has had problems accessing my apartment. There are no barriers at all other than the door buzzer with my apartment number on it.

Wayfair and FedEx offered for me to come and pick up the package. Last time I did that I found that the local FedEx (Fargo, ND) parking lot has no signs directing customers. You have to park randomly and search around until you get to a gate where you are buzzed in. So, I just canceled this order after waiting 16 days for it, and now I have to start all over again with a new seller.

When it comes to their errors the pharmacists and manager apparently believe that offense is the best defense.

I was given only 30 pills (half the number I needed for the month) and upon third contact with them the pharmacist Allie claimed it was all my fault for not calling back soon enough on third contact (there was only a third contact because I had offered to go home and search again). How could calling back faster have solved the problem? She claims she could have done an inventory check. When I pointed out she still could she came back and said their inventory matched their records, that I received 60 pills. That's not possible unless someone changed the inventory to compensate for their error. She claimed that their system does not show which pharmacist filled the order. Manager Taviah admitted that is not true, but didn't seem to have any concern that Allie told me that. Taviah claims she doesn't know what Allie told me yes she does because I told her. Allie claimed if I called back earlier they could have run the insurance again to see if it would give me extra pills no they already did that, and insurance won't give you extra pills. Allie claimed they will never give someone extra pills to make up for an error, but Taviah admitted that was also untrue. Taviah just says "I don't know why [Allie] would say that", as if Allie did not say that. I don't know either. I also didn't know why I was being blamed for their error.

I asked simply that my insurance be credited for the missing 30 pills (a non-controlled substance). They refuse. Taviah claims any number of things could have happened to my pills after I left the store, such as someone going into them and removing some. When I responded that I live alone and no one else has any access to them at any point after I leave the store, that didn't change her opinion. Facts don't matter.

There seems to be a culture here of thinking negatively of the customers and always trying to be right, even when they're wrong.

When I ordered refills the online system also repeatedly sent me to pick up prescriptions three days later, and when I did so I often found that if the insurance declined, for whatever reason, then I made a wasted trip. Also the online account won't tell you if any prescriptions are waiting for pick-up, or let you place older prescriptions into archives.

They also have business cards which don't indicate their last names, which is odd.

After I started with this pharmacy my doctor told me he had problems with the way they do things and that the manager refused to make any changes, so he no longer refers patients to them.

  • eBay

I've been an Ebay customer for 15 years and a seller for about ten years. In March of this year Ebay changed it's polices, forcing the selling of items using the Buy-It-Now option to aromatically relist after 30 days. This led to high relisting fees 35 cents per item (most of my items, trading cards, sell for $1.50) which I told them I cannot afford as a small seller. I've tried to daily monitor my account and cancel listings before they auto relist, but some days I'm busy and items then relist. When this happened last month I canceled the listings the next day and asked for a refund of the listing fees. They told me they would do so, but went ahead and charged me overs $120, mostly in listing fees.

Today I contacted them and they just argued and claimed that there are no notes in the system showing I had called, but that they would not have credited me in any case. I said I will stop selling and buying. They don't care. I looked at their community boards and there are many notices from other sellers complaining about his same issue.
