I ordered two pair of lined boot slippers on November 3 for Christmas gifts. On Dec 5, I still hadn't received them or even gotten a message that they were shipped. I emailed the company and told them of this. Their response was that the shoes shipped on November 30 and that they take 7-25 days in the mail. Well, it's now December 12 and I still haven't received them. I have my doubts as to whether I will have them before Christmas. You would think ordering something two months early would garaunteed their arrival on time. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! Lesson learned!

I have placed two orders with this company. The first order took time arriving and when i contacted them they responded promptly. Some of the items were a little small but overall I have been very happy with my purchases.
I wish I would have read the reviews. I would never have ordered from them. I ordered a quite a few round mandala blankets in a variety of colors for gifts. What I received were all the same color. I had also ordered 8 really pretty bras. I only received 6 and they were all too small. I did not realize they were coming from China, which always runs much smaller. I found their email which states you must contact them before returning. It has been back and forth emails. The last one said I need to take measurements and pictures as proof. I responded that it was becoming such an inconvenience to return items that were clearly too small (I'm a 38 DDD and I ordered 40E to play it safe). Their 40E is our 36C! NEVER AGAIN will I order anything without checking review first!

I ordered the slip on waterproof bootie. I got an email that the item was back ordered and please let them know what I wanted to do. I told them I would just wait. They finally came and I LOVE them. I am so glad I didn't cancel my order. I work in a marina and they are fur lined, great tread and waterproof and I have worn them everyday since I got them. The upper is a quilted nylon. They just wipe clean. I got a size 6 and I can wear a heavy sock with them. I am a size 6 so stay with your size don't size up

First time I ordered 2 bags/purses. Loved them so much I ordered 3 more. Now I hope to get 4 more for presents. Absolutely love the bag. Went to San Francisco, rained all day, bag is waterproof as advertised! Color does not run or rub off, strap is so long and easy to adjust. Perfect amount of pockets and perfect size. I think I have found the PERFECT bag/purse.
Ordered in October, contacted them in late November and asked to wait another week. Contacted early December- given a Post Office reference which didn't work- quite how they can post using Royal Mail when they are based in China- I'm not sure. Offered a new deliver but will take 5 weeks or refund! Asked for refund. Wonder if I will get it as quickly as they took the money in the first place. I won't hold my breath! Suspect it was never sent!

I order 3 belts from this Company. I never received the Item. They told me the post Office deliver it by my front Porch. I live in a Condo. The front door is open to 40 Condos. When I asked them for proof of deliver they told me to call the POST OFFICE to get proof of no deliver. The post office they told me they have never heard such BALONY. I finally got a credit from my credit card co. Just so people know the shipper has to call the shipper not the receiver. I would tell every body to spend a little more and don't do business with this Chinese Company. BEWARE YOU WILL GET SCREWED

The only thing I can say is that NewChic is a want-to-be internet company at best or that they are a total scam. Made two orders both of which were incorrect or never received. Tried to get authorization for a return and Soey in Customer Service played dumb repeatedly. I do not have the time to deal with it. Do not shop at NewChic you will regret it.

Ordered 4 Bras 36D and 4 free size panties. Two of the bras (although all say 36D) would be lucky if they were A cups while 2 others are between a B -C cup. High Waist panties would be uncomfortable to wear. By the way I am a size 6 and weigh 108 llbs so who are these garments meant to fit. Cost £52. Emails ignored. What a waste of money

Have bought about 8 dresses one of which was a little small even though it was the size l asked for. Another dress was sent and l could keep the smaller dress too. If something was out of stock l was informed promptly and could either order a replacement or get a refund. I chose a cheaper replacement and the difference was refunded happily. After many emails to sort all this out l was very pleased with how the problems were fixed - excellent customer service... and l love the dresses.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
