I order boots Nov 2016 and a ring Jan 2017 got no emails nothing. Guess I learned not a trusted site never buy from them.
I have been professionally measured in the past on several occasions, and ordered 4 bras, size 36E. I recently lost weight, and I'm actually down at least one or two cup sizes, but followed their advice on their website and ordered larger cup to accommodate for their smaller sizes. When it was received product was beautiful, however it was about three sizes too small in the cup. When I contacted the website to see about exchanging they offered me a 42 C. The reasoning, sizes are Chinese. I don't care what side of the world you come from, a C cup is smaller than a E cup. So if the E is too small, why in God's name would you offer something even smaller. Completely moronic, not satisfied at all. The only thing they were willing to do for me was offer a $15 refund for the shipping fee and I'm stuck with four bras valued at $80 that will never in a lifetime fit me. Thanks for nothing!

After 2 weeks my order was cancelled without my knowledge. I went back to the site to see where my items were and it showed cancelled. When i contacted them my refund would take 7 to 10 business days. I will never use this site again.

I was always worried about on line shopping, but then I saw NewChic, saw a pair of boots I liked so order them, I was happy about the price, it said 7 to 20 days for shipping, which is normal, but then I got an e-mail telling me that the boots were out of shock.If I want to wait they would have a new shock in soon, if I didn't want to wait they said they would refund me the payment right away. Despite bad reviews I liked the product enough to test run a few items. I started contact with them by me hovering their every move on my order.
1. After the first few emails, they don't respond
2. ALMOST EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK, and they won't let you know on the website
3. If you (like me) were willing to wait however long it would be, they don't care and delete the order when you aren't looking
Basically whatever you prepare yourself for will not be the thing that goes wrong.
At least they give full refunds.

I ordered two pair of shoes. After about 2 weeks I received and email that they were on back order and what would I like to do. Within 3 days of receiving email I responded to cancel the order. I received an email stating too late item has shipped. When the shoes finally arrived I discovered that a size that I always purchase and typically runs slightly big was too small and narrow. I contacted the company and they stated since the product was not defective then I would have to pay for return to China. The return shipping fees are more than the cost of the shoes, so off to the homeless shelter they go. This is a situation where the price was too good to be true.

I ordered two items last December they seemed to take ages to arrive in Crete. I contacted NewChic who responded straight away and were excellent, advising me to wait one more week. Within a few days my parcel arrived. I had the purse which I love because it's small, neat and everything fits in. My husband had the leather money clip which also holds his cards. Both brilliant, highly recommend.

I placed a first time order with NewChic and expected my purchase to arrive the same week like with most online purchases I make with other companies. I skipped by the option to expedite the order for a few extra dollars. I also didn't read the normal shipping time expected of up to several weeks. When it didn't arrive in a week, I found out it was because I did not expedite it to arrive quickly. My error. Now that I know, if I need something quickly I can expedite the shipping. If not in a hurry, standard shipping will get the product to me within a month. Like I mentioned, the quality of the product is well worth the price - and the wait! But just in case I need it quicker, I can take the expedite option to arrive quickly. Thanks NewChic. Awesome products!
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
