I strongly do not recommend anything from this website because the products are crap and the return policy is non-existent. They'll torture you with overly-polite email responses asking you a million questions requesting pictures of your shoes, feet, measurements, etc. And no matter how many of their questions you answer, they will continue asking more and more until you realize that you will never get a refund and this was all pointless.
Why would my order arrive soaking wet inside the packing container? I ordered boots in Dec. And I knew it would take weeks to get it since they came from China but did not expect to get wet when I cut the package open. The boots were soaked clear through when I opened the package and took 24 hrs to dry.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Nov 13-2016, got e-mail saying the shoes was out of stock, got another e-mail on Dec 3 2016 order shipped, never received the order, every time I sent e-mail to inquire about the order, I was told to wait for few more days, I filed a complaint with Paypal on Jan 3 2017 and again I got e-mail from Newchick saying to wait for few more days. I waited for 17 mores days still didn't receive the shoes. Today, Jan 20-2017 I escalate to Paypal claim and Paypal says they will contact Newchick, they have 10 days to respond. Don't ever buy anything from this company, they got my money on Nov 13 and it is now Jan 20 and no shoes in sight.

I ordered boots on Dec. 12. The tracking number said it's in China on Dec. 17. The tracking has not been updated and they keep asking me to wait another week. It is now January 20th and I still have not received my boots. I keep asking for a refund and they keep putting me off. TERRIBLE shipping process.

I ordered few pairs of shoes on Dec 2,2016 and it was shipped out the next day in two packages. To my surprise, one of it was received 2 weeks later, but the other one was not for over one and half month. When I emailed customer service, Soey gave me quick response and follow up with my shipment. New Chic has to review their shipment method since a lot of people complain.
I ordered 6 items on or about the same day(15th of Dec.) which I expected to receive by Christmas. 2 got here in a very timely manner, 2 Got here on Christmas Eve and the other 2 got here today Jan. 18.
Although the products are very nice and I love the low prices, I don't like the shipping at all... no tracking numbers to see where the heck your stuff is!

Well after receiving a response from customer service regarding returning the product I first have to take pictures and measurements please! I took a picture of 8 on the label in which I was told I was sent a 10 apparently that's Chinese size but the label is "WesternStyle"? Really? Oh and ya I paid $50 (sale) $65 with shipping but to send it back $140 will take & weeks or $179! I will give the coat to someone in need before I pay that to send it to you and they can thank YOU for it! I will "Never Again" order from you or let anyone I know do so. When I give it to them with the label still on it do you want a picture of that too?

I saw this advertised as a SLIMLINE credit card wallet with one SLIM pocket for currency note storage, was I disillusioned when I received it, supposed to be suitable for men's trouser pocket, that's a joke it measures 20 cms long, 10.5 cms wide & 2.5 cms thick with 2 big bulky pockets with zips & tags big enough to fit an overcoat. Will never buy from this company again I feel I was dudded with this product it's crap compared with it's advertised photo on the Telstra Media page.

I mean, you're ordering stuff that's seriously discounted, of course it's from China! If you don't want to pay out the nose for shipping, you have to expect that it's going to take a long time to get to you! Don't give a bad review just because you didn't do your homework
My order has been stuck in China since December 29,2016, it has not moved. Customer service is polite but no help. I have ordered from companies in China before and it has NEVER taken this long. There is obviously a problem and they could have shipped out another one. I have demanded a full refund so we shall see how long I have to fight for that. I will let you all know if I get my refund.

I ordered a pair of boots on 12/2/16 and they claimed they shipped on 12/3/16. They charged my credit card for them on 12/4/2016. When i called 1/7/2017 asking what happended to my shipment. Not knowing that it took 2 months to get this stuff. They disabled my login and now convenient for them they can't find me. Even when I gave the reference number on the charge line on my credit card. Soey has been amazing! My boots were out of stock so she asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes, but then a day later I had to cancel my visa debit card because it was compromised. The refund would not have gone through as the card had changed. So I decided to email her and tell her what happened. She got back to me and said the boots I wanted were now in stock so she is making a new order. I will be getting my boots! I have never received such a quick response and great service on an online store like NewChic! I saw the ad for this store on Facebook and I am so glad I found it. This is my second purchase from NewChic and I love how fast the order comes. My first set of boots are absolutely perfect! I know my second pair will be the same! Thanks to Soey who gave me immediate information when I emailed New Chic regarding the status of my shipment; the responses were very prompt. I was initially concerned about making the overseas purchase but the item arrived safely and the customer service from Soey was excellent.
I had ordered some boots for winter and they were a long time coming. I contacted NewChic via email to chase up the order and they offered a refund there and then. It was issued within 12 hours.
Subsequently the boots were delivered and I informed then of such, having ordered a different pair as a replacement they took care of the cancellation refund and everything else.
I would happily recommend NewChic to anyone wanting to order clothing online.
BTW the boots are of excellent quality and exactly as described on the order page, I am one very happy customer.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
