I placed an order a week ago and no confirmation email, nothing! Where did my order go! There is nothing under orders when I sign into my account either!
Ordered snow boots... they arrived when promised fit like a dream and they are great considering we are dealing with an abundance of rain in our area!

I placed my order and it was stated on order confirmation that item would be in stock January 9 and that my Paypal account would not be charged until shipment made. On January 9th I found that I had been charged but shipment had not been made. Email sent to newChic. Their reply did not answer my inquiry only stating that item had been backordered an additional 10 days. They also stated that charge was made when order received which was contrary to order confirmation I sent second email with no response. Went through Paypal and they finally responded saying they would be glad to cancel my order and refund my money. If money not refunded then I'll dispute through Paypal. There's something not right about this company... BEWARE.

In reading reviews, I noticed how many consumers were surprised to understand after they placed their order that this company was located in China. Do some investigation so you know what to expect! ANYTHING coming from China is going to require additional ship time due to customs. I ordered a pair of those highly-advertised rain shoes in November. I knew to order two sizes up. I covered them with additional tracking, but that information was lost in some kind of system glitch. They eventually arrived yesterday. They fit OK, which I'm fine with because they are mostly for rainy days. I appreciated the constant contact and swift replies to my emails. The price point was appropriate.
My order took a long time to arrive, but the company did a brilliant job in tracking the order and kept me informed on every step. Well done

Overpromise, underdeliver. Don't buy anything from these people. The junk from China, ordered in November is actually sent via Chinese Junk, then sled dog, mule train and rickshaw. Still not delivered despite all their promises. This appears to be a scam that should be investigated by the authorities.

This company claimed to have delivered my item on a Sunday but no one turned up at my door as I was home all day, also nothing was left with my neighbours!
I emailed 3 times asking who received/signed for the parcel but they never replied, they even disabled my login in details so I could not even check the details and the reviews I left there...
This company is a big time scam/fraud, stay the hell away from them!

Impossible to return item. They want you to jump through hoops to rtn item. They asked for pictures. Shipping to rtn is very pricy. This company is a rip off. Substandard qty for their merchandise too

When I did not receive my order, I contacted the customer service.
They suggested I contact the post office which I did but, no results. I explained this to the NewChic customer service and requested a refund. This was expedited quickly and without any fuss. This prompt action was most appreciated.

I feel as though I am buying directly from the source, no middle man, and I love not paying a lot for fashion items that I only want for a season or two. This is not not lifetime clothing, it is great value for low-priced fashion. I feel the Euro shoe sizing (in cm) is very accurate, and sure the shipping takes about 3 weeks, but they tell you that up front.
I order shoes for my mother for Christmas. I was unaware they would be shipped from China. It took from 11/29/15 to 1/4/16 to receive them. They were as represented and I had no problem with size or quality. I was not provided with a shipping number (but could pay for one if I wanted to) so I contacted the company. Carrie Li worked hard and kept me advised along the way. I was very disappointed in their Shipping Arrangements and time, but finally got my product after Christmas.

Even thou it took longer then i expected ( 27 days to be exact) i was told it could take up to 25 days... i ordered dec 2nd in hopes i would receive in time for christmas... i emailed a few times and got prompt response within a day. Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
