I bought a shoe from NewChic and it was slightly small. I wrote to their customer service and they asked me my foot length. I took pictures and sent them. Now they are sending me my size. This is best they can do and they did it. Im so impressed with their customer service and will shop again.
Whatever their replies back to people on this site, it is clear that they have no intention of accepting returns or replacements, and do everything they can to obfuscate or block attempts to do so. Please be aware that, despite a bit of a rant below, all my communications with the company were super polite.
I bought a pair of boots which were half a size too large (due to their misleading labeling of sizes). First they insisted that I had to send them a photograph of my foot on a tape measure (from the side, so that the end of the tape measure could be seen) to see if my foot really was too small for the boots. Excuse me?! My word isn't good enough? I suppose that I should be grateful that they didn't want some sort of official documentation that it was really my foot in the photo.
However, this would have all been in vain, as they also informed me that it would cost me more than the boots were worth to send them back to China (not true, it would have cost half of the price of the boots).
I wrote back, saying nothing about the absurdity of the request for a photo, pointing out that the parcel they sent me had a UK return address on it, so why couldn't I return the boots there?
A couple more go-arounds on email, in my final email I said that i would keep the boots, at least in part because I had little confidence that I'd actually get a refund, having read the online reviews (and I made some polite suggestions about how they might want to consider dealing differently with western customers). My email got returned to me almost instantly as "lack of mailbox space": I think that I had become a nuisance and so my emails were blocked.
The boots are actually very nice, and I'm hoping that I can make them fit. But this is no way for a company to do business, and I would advise people not to deal with them.
Edit. I note, with some amusement, that all of the positive reviews here are written by people who are not native English speakers. Coincidence?
I have placed my order & paid via paypal on the 18th Sep 2017. To date I have not received anything. Tried emailing the "service" email but get a response the mailbox is full. Can't even track the order as I have not idea which courier service was used. The destination country is South Africa.

I wrote a review earlier saying i hadnt reveived a refund. I have to apologise that i did actually receive the refund sorry. But apart from that the quality of the hats i bought were appalling. They were golf caps costing nearly £7.00 but they werent lined and very small. In the photos they looked like they were padded etc but when i received the hat it was wafer thin and useless. Would have blown off on a golf course in 2 seconds.

Refund for your order(A0004217091108VB) from newchic. I have sent countless email to this awful company. The goods I ordered were out of stock so I asked for a refund. They kept telling me they would refund me within 14 days. They told me this 2 months ago and one month ago. If I could make a difference I would get the police involved. They are crooks. I Ordered from NewChic, with products supposedly shipped in 5 package. I obtained the shipping insurance as well, since these packages where coming for China to the USA. I paid through PayPal. I received 4 packages with items as described. The bulk of my purchase was shipped in the 5th package. This package was never delivered to me. NewChic wanted a document from USPS but wouldn't or couldn't give me the USPS tracking number. (It is on the order delivery summary but not defined as any specific tracking #) I ask PayPal to intervene. NewChic sent them "a" package tracking number. Remember I had 5 packages. 4 of which have tracking # on the website, one which does not. The package from USPS states it was a small package (although the 5th package had 6 items including shoes... hightly unlikely this is a small package.) USPS states they delivered to a person (I live alone) on a day when I was working AND at work. Multiple issues here.
I would not recommend this site because
1) They did not honor the purchase; I paid in good faith and got nothing. Even with the shipping insurance. I am jumping through hoops and probable will never see reimbursement or product.
2) They can only be reached via online chat. Not very effective. Their online representative could easily have told me the tracking # was listed, but failed to understand what I typed.
3) I don't like that one package has no tracking #. Therefore I have 4 tracking # for 5 packages. I did not get one package.
AND TO NEWCHIC... NO you did not deliver the product TO ME. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. I will alert all who will listen to the fact that you do not honor purchases.

YOU GUYS SUCK! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS! Nothing in my order at the time I placed it indicated the shoes were coming from China and now it would be totally unrealistic for me to return them as it would cost more than the shoes! I already paid twice the cost of the shoes just for the shipping! One pair of "Velo" shoes for me and one for my spouse as a surprise. Then, when they don't fit, it's recommended that I measure my foot and my spouse's foot?! What the? I'm not doing your job, for one, but for two, any amount of measuring my foot or my spouse's won't correct the problem as my toe hits the top of the shoes no matter what - same for my spouse - and I even tried on his larger pair with a sock and still had the same problem. You guys should be banned from marketing to the U.S.! A shipping racket! You WILL get your karma, eventually!

On October 23 I ordered an item for myself under my name and an item for my mother ( two different orders). As of today 11/14, We still haven't received the items. Credit cards have been charged. Today I tried to contact NewChic and the web site won't accept my inquiries. Says it doesn't recognize my email. So tried to set up new account but the system says the account already exists. Weeks after ordering a JeepRich jacket, Newchic informed me it would be delayed by a month. Three months later and after the usable season, it arrived. I measured according to their directions, but it was at least 2 sizes too small. They said the return postage was my responsibility. Postage to China is the same price as the jacket, so I cut my losses and gave the jacket away. Bad service, Bad sizing. Stay Away!

I ordered from this company. It took weeks to come. The products didn't fit. The return is to China so not worth me paying to return. They don't operate under UK returns law so they wouldn't have refunded initial purchase postage. I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. It's cheap for a reason.

The leather bag that I received was as described on the website. The shipping was fast and the packaging was good.
I ordered 2 key chain card wallets. I received one of them and a sweater. I was confused and not happy the correct items werent shipped. I emailed them and they credited me for the key chain wallet I didnt receive. They told me to keep the sweater. So, I ended up with the customer service I did receive in the end.

Do not waste your time or money - cheap and poorly made with HORRIBLE Customer service. All they could say on live chat was "sorry" and offered me 300 points to use toward another product which was the equivelent of $3USD. I said to buy my silence? No way... Off to look for more review board for NEWCHIC
UPDATE: Your response it too little to late. After chatting with your customer service I dropped the two bras in a donation bin with tags and one was still in package. The one I tried on was on my body for all of 20 seconds. You HIDE the fack that bras - even still with tags and in package are not returnable. I have no desire to exchange for something equally as cheap. However I was told that I could not.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
