Such a waste of time! I order a present for my brother in low. They except my order, they send me an email that I have to wait around 12 days for the things I order. Anyway, nothing arrive. I chat with someone over life chat, (probably by some kind of luck), anyway they text me that the things I order have been out of stock, so if I want I can wait in till Christmas. I did not agree are they mad.

I ordered two dresses, one shirt and two pairs of shoes. Luckily, the shoe size was very close, and I love one pair. The other pair is very cheaply put together. The clothing is another matter. Although the sizes were correct, the cut of all three had issues with the upper arm. Only at the very top. Way too tight. The company is in China, and I think the cut of the shoulder is not standard US sizing. In other words, we have wider shoulders here I think. Anyway, they kindly offered a refund if I returned the clothing and paid for shipping, but I erroneously removed the tags so I am not taking a chance in being out both the money and clothing. Will re-gift.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. One pair was not what I ordered. I contacted customer support and they sent me the boots that I ordered with no problems. I will order other products again in the future, and will recommend NewChic to my friends.

I have always been an 8 1/2 bit when I was ordering my shoes I had a choice between 8&9. I chose 9 to be safe.
When I received my shoes they were WAY too small. I mean Id have to order a size 11 or 12. I called customer service. From there I jumped through hoops sending measurements and more.
Result? I need to pay for them to ship it back and then theyll send me another pair. How theyll get the size right is beyond me.
So in conclusion I paid $14 for the shoes...$15 to ship to me...$15 to ship back... tons of time and over a month of waiting.
Seriously?!? This is a ridiculous company and policy.

Update: New Chic responded to my post with a generic cut and paste response that doesn't address my issue and asked for my patience a 5th time (did New Chic even read my review - apparently not!). But let me add dates so that you all can see how ridiculous New Chic is. I order a product from New Chic at the beginning of September. I waited the 7-20 days recommended by their online support FAQ page for my country. I wrote an email asking where my product was after 4 weeks and they asked for my patience, so I waited another 2 weeks. When the product did not show up after 6 weeks I sent another 3 emails and each time was asked by New Chic to be patient. Finally after 8 weeks, I resolved the issue by chatting with a customer service agent online and they did issue me a refund. My advice is to walk away from New Chic - they do not listen to their customers and make it very difficult to either recieve what you bought or get a refund. They will also tell you to be patient using form letters and never really look at your case!
Ordered a product and 4 weeks later it had yet to arrive. I wrote emails - 4 in total - was told to be patient to every email with a form letter. Finally received a refund after using their online chat. Eventually, this company did the right thing but it was aggravating and took quite a bit of time to resolve. I never received the product so can't review that - just the laughably bad "customer service."

The clothes are nothing like pictures, the sizing is way off, the quality is poor, the delivery is beyond a joke, they take payment straight away and send 8 weeks later. Returns and refunds are non existent.

I've ordered shoes which i didn't recieved. I was pleasantly surprised, when they returned the money to me, without problem. I recommended this site to shop.
I have bought 2 men's shirt from Newchic. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience for the following reasons:
1. Getting the size right for a men's shirt seems straightforward; however, the shirts I received were far too small. Maybe the sizes are more appropriate for Chinese men, where Newchic is based?
2. The shirts looked good on their website. However, when holding the shirts in my hand, I noticed that the material felt cheap and flimsy.
3. If I don't like the shirts, no problem, one would think, I send it back and get reimbursed, right? Not with this company, they are sourcing directly out of China and they told me over a long period in a long email exchange, that they would reimburse me after they receive it. I gave up after about 3 months.

Ordered a lovely warm looking coat that didn't arrive. Each time I emailed the company referencing this I was immediately sent apologetic and polite email. After waiting the agreed extra time, as soon as I said that I wanted refund I was told it would be through in 72 hours. In fact it was refunded within only 24. I'd have no hesitation in using New Chic again and cannot fault their customer service.

I ordered four pairs of shoes, and received all four pairs. It took a while to receive them but they did arrive. The are comfortable and they all fit appropriately. They're not Italian leather but nice for what you pay. I like them enough to order additional shoes for my mom. Satisfied!

Bought items from NewChic. Poor quality, but when I asked how to return the items, I was told that I would have to photo the items, among other hoops to go through. Then the kicker was I had to paid the postage back to China, which was more than the items were worth. What a scam. Do not shop there.

Although the shoe sizing is off from what I normally wear and the first pair was too small, they offered to replace them for the cost of additional postage. The customer service was prompt, curtious, and helpful.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
