I ordered two dresses, one shirt and two pairs of shoes. Luckily, the shoe size was very close, and I love one pair. The other pair is very cheaply put together. The clothing is another matter. Although the sizes were correct, the cut of all three had issues with the upper arm. Only at the very top. Way too tight. The company is in China, and I think the cut of the shoulder is not standard US sizing. In other words, we have wider shoulders here I think. Anyway, they kindly offered a refund if I returned the clothing and paid for shipping, but I erroneously removed the tags so I am not taking a chance in being out both the money and clothing. Will re-gift.

The items colors depicted should only be used as an approximate guide. Also, size may be 2cm/1 inch inaccuracy due to hand measure. These measurements are meant as a guide to help you select the correct size. Please take your own measurements and choose your size accordingly.

If you receive an item not matching what you ordered you can:
1) Exchange it for a new correct item;

2) Return it for a full refund.

To choose a correct size, we usually suggest that customers can measure their own size and then read the size reference on our product page, not the usual size you ordered. We have measured the items before selling them.
If you notice that the size of the product you ordered does not fit you, you can follow one of the procedures listed here below:
1) Size does not match what was ordered: You can contact our Customer Service directly to be issued a full refund or to receive a product with the right size for free.
2) Size matches what was ordered but does not fit: The size of each item may have an inaccuracy of about 3cm/1.5 inch due to hand measurements. If you find yourself in this situation, you can contact us and apply for a return. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Otherwise, we will cover all shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange a return.
For the returned item(s), we will refund you after we have received your package and inspected it. Once your returned item(s) has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
