I ordered a product from the Website. At the time of order, they sent an confirmation email stating an email would be sent when product is shipped. The confirmation email states the product would be at my door within 6 days The website states:

"Usually you will receive your items in 1 - 4 days after placing your order."

On the 6th business day, I had not received the package nor any information on shipping. You can only contact them via email (they have no phone #, chat, etc listed), which I have done twice to no response. They say they will respond in 24 hrs. Well, its been well past 24 hrs.

Anyway, I am thoroughly disappointed.

UPDATE: on 3/24/19, the merchant sent a message stating the product was being shipped. This was after I contacted my card company to file a dispute. The product arrived today (overnight shipping), 3/25/19. Although I have not tried the product, my initial concern or no product appears resolved. However, the 2nd concern of no response to the only method of communication (email) this company offers) still stands.

I would suggest avoiding this retailer unless you have patience to wait with no idea of time of delivery.

I received 2 shams that did not match the quilt that I ordered. I admit that I got confused with jumping around in their website trying to get right size and color. The cost of the shams, $5.94. I followed their return process and was charged $7.99 for the return. Ridiculous. That on top of "shipping and handling" fees for everything... I will NEVER use this service again.

I Ordered from NewChic, with products supposedly shipped in 5 package. I obtained the shipping insurance as well, since these packages where coming for China to the USA. I paid through PayPal. I received 4 packages with items as described. The bulk of my purchase was shipped in the 5th package. This package was never delivered to me. NewChic wanted a document from USPS but wouldn't or couldn't give me the USPS tracking number. (It is on the order delivery summary but not defined as any specific tracking #) I ask PayPal to intervene. NewChic sent them "a" package tracking number. Remember I had 5 packages. 4 of which have tracking # on the website, one which does not. The package from USPS states it was a small package (although the 5th package had 6 items including shoes... hightly unlikely this is a small package.) USPS states they delivered to a person (I live alone) on a day when I was working AND at work. Multiple issues here.

I would not recommend this site because
1) They did not honor the purchase; I paid in good faith and got nothing. Even with the shipping insurance. I am jumping through hoops and probable will never see reimbursement or product.
2) They can only be reached via online chat. Not very effective. Their online representative could easily have told me the tracking # was listed, but failed to understand what I typed.
3) I don't like that one package has no tracking #. Therefore I have 4 tracking # for 5 packages. I did not get one package.

AND TO NEWCHIC... NO you did not deliver the product TO ME. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. I will alert all who will listen to the fact that you do not honor purchases.

If you choose Standard Shipping (Airmail) as the shipping method in your order, your order will be shipped without a tracking number. But if you select Air Parcel Register (Register airmail), you can track your order with the tracking number. Also, you can log in Newchic account and check order status and the shipping address in Newchic website: My Account -- View Orders--My Orders--Order Details.

However, if you track your order in status " delivered" but received nothing, we suggest you contact your local post office and please send us an official document from your local post office stating that they did not deliver your parcel. After receiving this file, we will offer you other solutions to this problem.
