We had been trained by someone who was fluent in both spanish and english. He was very patient with our questions and was very clear in explaining what it was we needed. Unfortunately we werent able to get his name, and im unsure if i should type his extention here, but overall it was a pleasant experience

I've had previous experience with other tax softwares but this one by far is the best I've used. I had my training done by Lissette and she was amazing and taught me alot! I'm prepared for the upcoming season and beyond.

My experience was very good, very well explained by the trainer, every question was answered in detail.

My experience with MyTAXPrepOffice has been very satisfying. The customer service is great. The price is reasonable. They are open to suggestions to enhance the software. They have engineers that are making these changes. I have been using this software since COVID in 2020. I am very pleased and satisfied user.

I been Accountant for over 40 years, I use TurboTax,I use to do them by hand and now I found a great program and not that expensive. I been using it for over 5 Yrs.

This will be my first tax season using MyTaxPrepOffice. I have been blown away by the accessibility, friendliness, and knowledge of their customer support team. It was a hard decision to leave ProSeries after 11 years, but I am already loving the features of MyTax PrepOffice.
