After using another software for over 7 years, I was scared to make another change. However, with the 1-on-1 training with Temeka, I felt calm and comfortable that I don't have to worry because I can sense how great the support will be. The Training was informative and worthwhile. Thank you MyTaxPrepOffice! Looking forward for a great coming Tax Season. The most affordable Software I have seen in the market. Great Service!

Thank you so much Kassandra. Only observation; would like to see a Portal app for taxpayers where they can review the final document and sing at ones. Not to have a separate pad for signatures.
I found the initial Demo and the one-on-one training to be fantastic! MyTAXPrepOffice appears to offer most of what I am looking for in a tax prep software. Shout out to the agent (Kaisha?) who went through training with me. She was fantastic, going only over things I hadn't already seen and showing me some awesome features. I plan to run side-by-side with current but feel that my mind is already made up. I can't wait to get started!
Going on three years using, always have my doubts about renewing, It had problems in the past, one year it didn't calculate the state refund properly and one mayor problem that they haven't yet overcome is the populating all the forms needed for the status the person is filing on, I don't recommend this software for a beginner, You need to be a PRO prepare or at least know what you are doing or you will miss on some credits if you don't add the forms yourself. What I love the most is that it includes all the states for the money.
The customer service has been awesome. This is my first year with MyTAXprepOffice software and they are so helpful in guiding me with the software and they have many you-tube videos to help with the process too.
Tech support was such a great help in walking me through the financial portal and getting my browser to sync correctly. It is great to find a Tax software that has a great Tech Support Team. You Rock!
Couldn't open for 2 days and kept calling. Had to switch program and was told we would receive a refund. But now told that the price freeze will stay in effect. If it didn't work why would we continue with it? Would have lost money if we waited. Program just kept loading.
I'm feeling very confident with the software after my 1on1 training completion. Can't waiting to share all the new features with my clients. Thanks MyTaxPrepoffice for such a great software at a very low price!
This is my second year using MyTAXPrepOffice. This software is great for small firms as well as affordable.
Yes some forms are not available, however the software has been great for my firm. Every year they have updated and it has great tools and easy dashboard! I would highly recommend this tax software for new small firms!
I am absolutely loving the software. It has so much to offer. I am looking forward to this next tax season with the new program. Thank you so much!

It was so easy and the representative was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. It's easy to get through the software. I was able to get through much of it on my own before my training and then Apryl helped me with the rest.

Phone support has been excellent. Monica, Araseli, and others are very knowledgeable and helpful. Today, Kachjae helped me through some involved questions I had. She impressed me with her knowledge, not just with the application, but also with some other related matters. She was very supportive, and had a very pleasant way about her, had a good sense of humor, which is so important when dealing with questions and troublesome situations. Thanks for the help, Kachjae!

I am a tax preparer that needed some guidance on my new tax program. (which I love)! I worked with Siguard today with a few items that I needed his expert guidance. He was amazing! If I could give him more than a 5 star rating I would.
I have been doing tax returns for over 40 years, I really like My Tax Prep Office. Plus there Customer Service is AMAZING!
I have made call after call, trying to upload prior year return files originally created with Taxslayer Pro. The say they can, they can't. I have placed numerous calls, tried chatting, and the one constant is that they all send me a video on how to upload the files. A rep actually remotely accessed my computer to upload the files, and they still didn't load. Even with them knowing that the services offered, cannot be supported, they insist that i must request a refund instead of just issuing it. They pump up their numbers, they don't and can't support the volumes they advertise!
This is my first year using this software and I am very pleased with all the useful features. The software is extremely useful during peak season because it has so many helpful features. I love the cloud system because I can access the software anywhere. I love the signature pad and the ability to send and receive information from the clients. I just love it and see a very long future with this company
I have used My Tax Prep Office since 2014. They have always provided great software program and great pricing. If I had a question or problem they were quick to resolve or answer my question. I will continue using this software
