Couldn't open for 2 days and kept calling. Had to switch program and was told we would receive a refund. But now told that the price freeze will stay in effect. If it didn't work why would we continue with it? Would have lost money if we waited. Program just kept loading.

This company told us we had to renew with them or not get the Add on Fee... mind you that...
My Tax Prep office does not keep track of your add on fees. Check them twice prior to accepting....
