Purchased 3 tickets and cancelled within same day due to schedule change. Received a refund for 2 of the 3 tickets. It's been over a year and I'm still trying collect as they admit they owe me $400. The customer service team will tell you it's coming just to get you off of the phone! Next step will be a lawsuit!
Horrible organization sent booking confirmation using term "congradulations" your booking has been confirmed... wait no it isn't. Got called next date with rate change. Long story short. Phone tag for 2 days only to find my fare was up by an additional 150%. Do not use these tickets.
This is a scam. They cancelled the trip the day before on the ground that the flight was full - but didn't they secure a ticket? - and NEVER reimbursed us, neither for the ticket itself nor for the damage created: we had to buy really expensive tickets spending more than $1000 to get on the SAME flight, which was apparently not full. They kept saying that the check is in the mail and I am still waiting. A star is generous

I thought it was something similar to Cheap Flights et al.
Little did I know they were charging me an Agent Fee of $359.
When I saw the charge I emailed them. Reply said theyd respond within 24 hours. No response.
I called customer service number yesterday. After on hold for five minutes, got recording to leave my number so they could call me back. No call back.
I called airline - thank goodness our flight is reserved.
I had requested wheelchairs for both parents. Airline had not received that request.
I will be making all formal complaints possible about this company.
I'm seeing similar reviews to an experience we recently had. Not realizing this was a US based site, we had booked domestic (Canada) flights via WestJet, but requested to cancel and get a refund and book directly through a legit broker.
Upon calling, you get what seems to be a scripted run-around. First, "your refund will be issued within 2 billing cycles." After 2 weeks, no refund yet. Follow up call, "it'll be refunded within 5 days." A week and a half later, nothing. Another follow up call, "Refund will be issued next week." Nothing.
This "company" is a complete scam when it comes to refunds. I can't speak on the legitimacy of actually receiving e-tickets when booking airfares through myflightsearch.com however, I HIGHLY recommend going through a legitimate flight broker, these guys are thieves.
This company is terrible and customer service is so rude. I purchased 3 tickets and was charged for 6. Struggled even getting my etickets and a week later am still fighting for a refund. Beware... do not get tickets or services through myflightsearch.com. They over charge you, are rude, and have very shady practices. Check out the Better Business Bureau complaints on them.
Over charged me. 7 tickets NYC to Orlando. Found out after checking with American airlines I was charged double. Paid over $2400 for tickets costing less than $1000. My trip is on April 1-6. Been trying to reach someone in authority. I plan to also file a complaint with the attorney General office in Las Vegas.
FYI Their home office is 4045 Spencer Street. Hope this information will help some.
My wife booked a flight. She arrived at the airport and found out it was never booked. Have sent 3 emails which were not responded to. Have called multiple times over 3 months. The refund was "processed" in June. I have yet to receive it. After reading so many other bad reviews it is apparent this company needs to be dismantled. Same complaint about not getting my money back, no e tickets and poor customer service. Should have figured that out when I could hear babies in the back ground crying. Maybe what we should do is to do the business reviews research before we get scammed. I think they recruit there employees from the duct cleaning services.
I've been dealing with this company for 2 years over them selling me a ticket where a flight had been canceled a month earlier. They promised me a refund for 2 years but I have never received it they keep letting me hang by giving me promises so now I plan on suing them for what I can get out of them. I spoke to representatives from India and they were $#*!s, arrogant, bastards with me online and my ticket was only $500 but they refuse to rent refund me after telling me I I was do a refund. Point blank this is fraud selling me a ticket that didn't exist I guess they forgot to update their database and accepted my money anyway stay far away from this company.

The company training here is to embrace bookings of which they will arbitrarily cancel and keep your money. When it comes to refunds on cancellations the training is to ignore phone calls and emails of inquiry. The last 12 months posted 85 negative reviews to 3 positive. The fact that Air Canada or any other airline would affiliate themselves with this scam is very troublesome. So you have a culture that is geared solely for scamming the public to the benefit of the cockroaches that run the scam. This is a perfect Market Place piece. Keep you eyes open for it soon to be coming your way. Waiting for a $1685 refund for 2 months, cut off dozens of times I've called and no respond from customer service emails sent. Stay clear of these guys!
Scammers! Most expensive tickets on the market and they are charging in the US with the very small notification somewhere on the side! There are NOT providing any discounts or refunds! They charge extra fees and have Zero customer service. If you are Canadian never use them all fees are in US prices and changing your flight will cost you more than you can predict!
We purchased a ticket through the website and the flight was cancelled by the airline. We've attempted to call multiple times to inquire about the refund and no one ever answers. We've also sent an email. The Airline told us that myflightsearch was refunded our fare by the airline, but we need to get the refund from myflightsearch.
I will book tickets directly through the airline in the future.
My mom googled "United" to buy a one-way flight I told her to get that was $202. Somehow, she was directed to this site by google and not only bought a ticket that was more expensive than the one I texted her a screenshot of from united.com (it was $215 on their site!), she gave her DEBIT CARD to buy. She sent me a link to the ticket luckily 4 minutes after she bought and I IMMEDIATELY said -- i've never heard of this website, cancel it immediately. The appeal of United is that you could cancel within 24 hours if it didn't work. Luckily she called and cancelled and got written confirmation.
But the next day she saw an authorization for $4202. 00 on her CHECKING account. Jesus... this is why i usually do things for her. Please don't let it happen to you. Not a real travel site people. Go to Kayak or Google Flights or Skyscanner or Orbitz...
My group trip to Philmont Scout Ranch for 22 Boy Scouts was cancelled due to wild fires. I have been waiting for a refund for over 1 year - refund was provided by check but it bounced!
I have spend countless hours with customer service pursuing this and it is always 1 more week, 1 more billing cycle, whatever it takes to get me off the phone.

Scammed my daughter on her airline ticket purchase. Do not use this service. The money for her purchase was immediately taken from her account, several days later no confirmation was received. Each time we've called has been a run around of empty promises. It's a scam!
Tried to call about possibly canceling my ticket or if there were any other options. But I was transferred five times and hung up on three times. I do not recommend this company to anyone that wants to be treated fairly
I misspelled my cousin's name while making a hotel reservation for him. Immediately called myflightsearch and asked the phone representative to help. I had expected change fee and other complications but the rep was very cooperative and since I had called minutes after making the booking, he didn't charge me any extra fee.
Booked a ticket and within 24hrs 2 unauthorized changes of $6000. 00 and $3000 where caught from my credit card fraud detection attempting to purchase from same airline. Called and service rep said a known issue with software bug, however strongly suspect they have been hacked and someone stole my cc info. Do not recommend trusting this site with cc info.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
