I booked a ticket and the money got deducted. The ticket was not booked and they said it would be refunded in 24 hours. After 5 days of waiting, I emailed them and they asked me for the transaction details. After that, there was no response. After a few days, I called their customer care and they said they had escalated the case and the refund would be there in 24 hours. Again after a few days of waiting, there was no sign of refund. When I called them again they said that there was an issue with the airlines and would be issued in 24 hours. They said if I did not get the money back, keep calling every 24 hours. I wrote a review in Google Playstore and suddenly they found a solution and sent a mail that the refund was initiated. They called me and I was not available so they started calling all my relatives for whom I booked the tickets earlier and told them to ask me to take down the bad review. There is no data privacy in this company. They have done this earlier also with me and called my family members to ask me to take down the review and replace it with good ones. They do not want to improve their service but just ask for good reviews. I now have an impression that probably most of their reviews are bought and fake ones. It was an eye-opener for me when I came to this kind of forum and found repetitive complaints from their other customers.

I recently made a hotel booking whose terms and conditions stated that cancellation would have been free up to 3 days before arrival and nowhere was written that reservation was prepaid. Nevertheless, without informing me and without writing it anywhere during the booking process, they immediately charged my credit card and of course I received the charge in my currency, Euros. I then cancelled a few days later, within the deadline, but was not refunded the entire amount I was charged because they do charge and refund in Indian rupees and make you lose money in the conversion to a different currency. I strongly suggest not to book with them.

The airline cancelled my flight. I should get a full refund. Easemytrip has still not refunded my money and keeps making excuses and keeps blaming the airline. We had booked a hotel in Aurangabad (Maharashtra) through your company's mobile app. It was clearly visible on the app that the booking was for one night, after which we okayed the booking, but after making the payment, you informed us that the hotel was booked only for a few hours, which shows that we have been cheated. They takes your money by advertising cheap tickets on their website, but won't issue a ticket for 3 days, then will send you an email with an excuse that the booking has been rejected by the airline. But won't issue a refund for 10 days and will use your money for free.
UK staff is the worst, especially Jyoti Rawat. She only replies once in 3 days and doesn't reply when you ask for a proof of refund.

I've been a loyal user of Easemy Trip. But twice in a row now this app has cheated me. First they kept changing available flights which costed me a huge amount to book my ticket at the last moment. Now they have charged me twice the amount to just reschedule a flight at triple the amount. Beware, ways to lose money. They have your card details.

ROBBERS! FRAUDS! They steal customer information fro MakeMyTrip.com and keep spamming left-right-center over Whatsapp. You block one number and then you receive from another. Wonder where they get our personal numbers from! I've never registered or used their service and NEVER WILL given the annoying spamming they do!
Have been using MakeMyTrip for over 10 years now and they have NOT ONCE spammed me, total respect to them for this and only gives me more confidence in using them for all my future transactions without a worry of being spammed with irritating discount or other related offers, which I have never been interested in to begin with.
I'm not sure if this flooding of such marketing offers over people's mobiles really helps them as for myself, I blacklist such spammers and make sure I do not use their services even if they are the last ones left on earth.

I did train booking from easemytrip.com the amount deducted from my account but I didn't get ticket I tried calling them several times initially they used to receive my call and give some silly excuses after that they didn't receive my call after so many trails. I tried to reach them through WhatsApp but not a single response for my messages Guys please don't opt for easemytrip.com they make your trip pathetic instant of making it easy. They really have the worst customer service avoid this fraudulent.

None of the customer care number listed online on websites or in an invoice are working, cant get hold of agent at all when you need them, they display cheapest rate to be on the top and once you book they dont confirm your ticket and ask for more money! Following the purchase of a ticket, Air China cannot confirm the outbound flight and offered me either an upgrade option or a different date, both were significantly higher than market rates. I then requested a full refund but they said there were cancellation fees because the return flight had already been confirmed.
My options following a purchase were either to pay extra or pay extra!
