5) Muskan M & various others with whom I had to deal with during the numerous calls that I made whereby every time I had to explain each and every thing repeatedly and made to wait for countless hours listening to your stupid promotional messages or musical ringtones. Not having one person nominated to look after the case have only made things worst for a customer like me and the best is you guys asking for a feedback every time! How dare you guys have the audacity to even ask for a feedback where most of you are to me simply on a company's pay roll & doing nothing short of a $#*!ty service. I have nothing but only curse, bad wishes and may you all "burn in hell" for the way you have dealt with me that too after a personal loss. Dealing with your company & above representatives have been nothing short of "HELL" of an experience" whereby the subject case has been handled totally unprofessionally. I have on my part learned my lesson & have already started booking my flights directly with the carrier be it Air India or Emirates etc. I have pledged not to ever book flights or any other services from your company and for that matter with any such company as all this has left a very bad taste for me. You guys are only effective till the time everything is ok and things remain as per schedule. God forbid if one has had a misfortune or a mishap / altercation in the booking made through your company, you are hell bent upon making your customer run from pillar to post and take your own sweet time in dealing with cases. While paying for the ticket, the total amount was debited in one go from this very same account and there were no hiccups during the transaction. Now I am made to understand that there is some issue as the cheque that has been deposited for refund is not "legit"… really? Will you for once please stop playing games and get on with the act of refunding the money. For a paltry sum of thirty two odd thousand rupees, you guys are only sucking my blood! Please have a heart & let go! For once, I appeal you to facilitate my refund and spare me of this CURSE of dealing with you all. Beware they will Complicate your trip

I travelled through Kotak Life Mahindra. Our tour to Baku was Konklave Baku by Kotak Life from 2 to 5 Aug 2023. This tour was organized by Ease My Trip. I would like to give my feedback.

1) The flights from Air Arabia from Mumbai to Baku were
a) Mumbai to Sharjah G9 – 406
b) Sharjah to Baku G9 – 305
where no water as well as breakfast was served. We were not informed that the water and refreshments were chargeable
Flights from Air Arabia from Baku to Mumbai were
a) Baku to Sharjah G9 – 304
b) Sharjah to Mumbai G9 – 405
here breakfast was served.

But in whole Air Arabia flight AC was not functional and even when I complained there was no response from the crew of Air Arabia.

2) Our Tour Manager was Mdm Anita Dsouza. Each and every tourist of Kotak was given a bag. But inspite of reminding Mdm Anita again and again we didn't got the bag. When I complained in the WhatsApp Group then Mr Abdul Rahim Patel Ji called me and provided me and my room mate Mr Moin Ul Haq with Souvenir bag.

3) We were told that our room was reserved for Baku Marriot Hotel Boulevard at Baku. Even after waiting many Kotak Tourists didn't got the Room because of poor management of Ease my Trip Staff. When I asked about the room Ease my Trip staff very shamelessly and very rudely told me that "IF ROOM ARE NOT AVAILABLE WHAT CAN I DO". This is for the first time I had heard such a shameless mannerless and rude reply from a staff. I had traveled through many tour and travel company. Mdm Anita Dsouza never bothered to look into the matter, inconvenience and problems which tourist were facing.
4) We were shifted to Sherton's hotel where the door of our bathroom was not closing properly. After complaining with the staff the door was properly aligned.
5) On evening we were informed that there will be no Ferris wheel. Our Hotel was walking distance to Ferris wheel. When I was taking a walk I saw bus from Marriot Hotel. When I enquired tourist at Marriott hotel were being taken to Ferris wheel requested with Mdm Anita DSouza to wait and brought kotak tourist from Hotel to Ferris wheel
6) On 2nd August, Kotak Tourists of Sheraton Hotel were not taken to Shirvanshah Palace, miniature Book museum, maiden tower which was included in our itinerary.
7) On 3rd August during our tour to Fire Temple and Burning Mountain the AC of our bus was nonfunctional. When I complained I was given a lame excuse by Local tour guide and Mdm Anita that due to hot summer the bus will remain hot while AC is still functional. I had travelled in much hot summer and heat waves during May and June in AC buses in India and still the AC was functional.
8) On 4th August while our tour to I LOVE BAKU SPOT. I found a Key Card of Guest staying in Marriott hotel. In order to not create any inconvenience to our tourist from India I went and told Mdm Anita DSouza. Rather than listening she went to take pictures with fellow tourist. After 3 minutes I approached her and gave her the card. Rather then understanding the situation she in a very insulting and manner less tone rudely replied to me that she will take the card, as if she is doing me the favor.
9) ON Baku Shooting spot we were not informed that we have to make line and we will be provided tickets for shooting the gun.

10) Never ever the Kotak Tourists staying at Sheraton were properly provided with the updates and itinerary properly.

11) Neither we were taken to Yashil Bazar and Ganjlik Mall which was included in our itinerary. I had never ever seen such unorganized tour by such ill-mannered and irresponsible tour managers.

Worst support and web/ app for flight booking

You will book one ticket and you will receive something else.I have booked multicity ticket from MAA(Chennai) - XNB (Dubai) (23rd Dec) and XNB(Dubai) - BLR (Bengaluru) (6th Jan) based on the initial searches Individually (One Way).

So in the One-way ticket Check-In Baggage symbol is mentioned Correctly and in MultiCity Search you have not mentioned Correctly and Miss leaded me to book without the crossed Baggage, i mean Check-In Baggage is allowed.

After the payment while receiving the Copy of ticket, I noticed that Check-In Baggage is not allowed. So I have startted calling EaseMyTrip Customer Care for resolution, but you are asking me to cancel the ticket or buy additional baggage from Airlines.

But in Airlines only option left is to buy based on per KG which is costing me ******* RS which is 4X times of ticket cost. Cancellation is costing me 2500 RS * 8(Tickets).

For the Technical issue in the EaseMyTrip, why should I incur the cost. I have the Screenshots of complete details that till the payment, there is no notification or Information on hand baggage only.

Also to prove the technical glitch, the cross join or combination of same flight is present in the site with wrong Baggage Information (100 times repeated with caring cost between 22k to 50k+).

So am requesting EaseMyTrip to either cancel my Ticket without any charges and refund me the complete amount before 23rd Aug or provide me the Choice Baggage Option from Etihad Airlines without cancellation before 23rd Aug. Am ready to incur the addition difference cost between Hand Luggage only and economy choice if you have booked Hand Luggage Only which is also not clear.

Regarding the cancellation charges fraud

This complaint is regarding the booking id EMT******* which was booked by my brother as he is going to Canada for further studies. The flight was scheduled on 12th of August as the commencement date for the course is 6th September, we wanted him to reach there atleast 20 days beforehand.
Due to some personal reasons we had to cancel the flight, when we tried cancelling the flight it showed us that we will be getting ~6000rs as refund. Now the thing is the ticket costed us Rs. 1, 17, 904. Which is a big amount for a student who has taken a loan for education. (Each penny counts). When we checked the ticket, the cancellation charges written on the ticket for the flight from Mumbai to Toronto was Rs. 10,974 and EaseMyTrip Fee: 500 per pax per sector. So we should get the refund of atleast one lakh rupees.
When we called on the helpline number provided by EaseMyTrip, I was told that I'll get the refund as per the guidelines written on the ticket. I asked the customer service centre again and again by calling them so many times, waiting for hours to respond and to share all the story with them again and again to each person picking up the call, repeating all the required details. And got the different answer every time I called. Once they told me that I'll get the refund as written on the ticket and again when I called they said that the ticket is NON REFUNDABLE.
My brother is in shock and depressed since then as we are not getting the refund that was expected by us according to the ticket. I should remind you again that we have taken an educational loan. And we will be losing the sum of Rs. 1, 10, 000 even though the cancellation charges are written on the ticket. It is the day of Rakshabandhan I'm talking about. My brother was tense and I was on the call all day long trying to get the assurance and clarity regarding the refund, writing the mails while the all the other people were celebrating Rakshabandhan.
When I got on the call again with the customer service after long waiting period and a conversation in between, it was told to me that my PNR will be kept open and my flight will be rescheduled if required where I'll have to bear the reissue charges and gave me a 72 hours waiting period. The mail also included that they are glad to help me and will be available 24×7 and i can call anytime, but when I called and tried to reach out to them 6-7 hours ago the flight was going to take off i was not able to talk to the right personnel and i had to repeat the whole story again to a new person from customer support even though I had raised the issue beforehand on all the calls and on the mail as well and also I got my call Dropped by the customer service provider.
Now it's the second day of me calling the customer support to get the followup regarding my issue. Same story again. Calling again and again... waiting for long and getting an assurance that I will get the reissue details on mail in an hour... it has been more than two hours now and i did not receive anything... not a single mail. Regarding the reissue charges... me checking the phone again and again for the mail from EaseMyTrip and my brother looking at the phone and getting tensed over the rising rates for the flights to Toronto as the semester is going to commence soon and he had to be there.
I have all the recordings and mails with me. And if the issue is not resolved i will be going to the consumer court, the authorities concerned, IATA, the airlines involved and whomsoever it may concern. And will tell them that this company is a fraud and is misguiding the customers by mentioning the wrong cancellation policy on the ticket in short EaseMyTrip is misleading the customers just to get the booking, It's a big fraud. Now when we want to cancel the ticket ease my trip has replied over the email that as per the airline policy the amount will be non refundable which is not acceptable to us because as it is mentioned on our ticket Rs. ******* + 500 service charge cancellation charges would be applicable. ( for reference attached is the screenshot of the ticket copy which we recieved from ease my trip)

It's day three today... i got the rescheduling link after going through all the process of me calling them giving my details. Verifying myself. Begging for help... and now they sent me an email. Saying that they're happy to help me, When I'm hell upset and tensed. Today also I asked to connect my call to the concerned authority and i was told that they are not available (this is what 24×7 service looks like I guess. Or I've learnt something wrong till now). And now today... on the link provided by them. The ticket is costing me around Rs4, 00, 000... the same ticket that I had booked for Rs. 1, 17, 000... if i had that amount of money in the first hand i would have never gone for ease my trip. I want them to apologise for the inconvenience that my family is facing especially my brother, he's tensed and depressed. How should we send him abroad while he's travelling for the first time and is going through a bad time because of you.

EaseMyTrip - I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with your customer service. I booked United Airlines tickets from Delhi to Newark for my parents (Booking ID - EMT*******, EMT*******; PNR - H6MMP3, H6WM3X). However, due to COVID restrictions they could not travel and I had to reschedule the tickets multiple times. My ticket has no rescheduling charges (from the airline) and all I should be paying is just the fare difference (and a small rescheduling fee from EaseMyTrip). However, every time I rescheduled through EaseMyTrip customer care I was charged a significant amount, even though the new tickets would cost lower than my existing ticket (so the fare difference was actually negative). I paid approximately INR 60,000 for my original booking and after rescheduling it multiple times I have paid in total around INR 90,000. Now as I am trying to reschedule again and the new ticket costs approx INR 88,000 on EaseMyTrip portal, I am being asked to pay INR 16,700 extra this time (where the fare difference is negative INR 2000). Further, this is the third quote that I have got within last 24 hours. First time I was asked me to pay INR 19,500, which was changed to INR 3,600, and finally to INR 16,700. It seems EaseMyTrip customer care does not know how to calculate fare difference and they are just looting their customers with any exorbitant amount without providing any explanation. This also brings bad reputation for United Airlines who are not able to help me as the tickets were booked through EaseMyTrip.

Also, there is no way to raise a complaint or escalate the issue with EaseMyTrip customer care. They even do not respond timely to emails and it is very painful to resolve these issues over phone just a few hours before flight departure.
