I've had one of the most amazing booking experience with EaseMyTrip. I found the lowest flight prices on this portal. Very horrible service. We purchased a ticket thru Jet Airways and we all know they cancelled their flights and refunded all the money(Jet airways personally tracked and confirmed that they refunded) But still Ease My Trip is not refunding the money saying one of the flight from London to Toronto (Air Canada) wasn't cancelled.
How would we reach there if all the other flights got cancelled, They never even offered to switch to a different flight. Never buy from these cheap services who would never refund or help with the ticket. U have been warned, Never buy from them. Pay a little extra and buy it directly from Airlines.

I had a very terrible experience with them.
They are thieves, lairs and fraud people.
They cheat their customers. They have hired Fraud agents to fool you.
Terrible customer care - provides assurances and never lives up to it.

I am a frequent traveler and for the first time I booked a complete package for Singapore City, Singapore Cruise and Kuala Lumpur from New Delhi for October 2018 from them I literally had the worst experience ever. I went to them with a huge reference and they didn't even acknowledge that.
I was in touch with - Nitesh Gupta, Sakshi Bhushan, Rahul Kumar, Naresh Verma, Vikas Jain, Prakhar Yadav from their team and trust me all of them are big time frauds.

I have booked one round trip BLR to DEL (EMT*******)for some reason i had to cancel it and for one side i got refund for 417rs 2ND DAY itself and for another one which was jetairways they have processed special cancellation something which was supposed to credit in 5 working days by saying 5 working days it been 1 month i have booked it on 2nd aug i am yet to receive the refund again they have been told for 5 working days. I really wonder do you really work over there for customers. You people are just making fool since these many days i really didnt expect this kind of service very disappointing. Nobody has assured from your end when i will getting refund still getting same commenyt from your end 5 more working days. Can anyone suggest how to connect higher level or someone is there to help.

I'm giving one star out of sheer inability to give out a lower rating, given the issue that I faced with the customer service, as I have detailed below.
I booked a flight and had to make changes to the baggage deal offered in the flight. So I called up the customer care on ease my trip and they asked me to send them a mail that they would use to create a ticket (one call wasted in this, when they could have created a ticket on their end itself). Anyways, I sent them a mail (at 11 AM Local time), and a ticket was created.
I waited for 3 hours before calling them up again, and this time they told me that the mail was missing documents they needed (the earlier agent did not inform me about any documents I needed to attach).
I sent another mail, and checked in 3 hours later and the agent responded "sir, we are working on it, give us until 5 PM today to resolve the issue".
I called at 5 PM and the agent said that a mail had been sent to the airlines and they would get back to me the next day at 10 AM.
The flight was just 2 days away, so I called the airlines and they told me that they had not received any mail from easemytrip, and that I should forward all the mails from before to them. SO I did.
Meanwhile, I also called up the agents at easemytrip to ask what was going on. They tried to feed me the usual spiel- We have sent an email to the airlines and are awaiting their response. I brought up the conversation with the airlines and told easemytrip that the airlines had not received any mail from them(easemytrip). The agent, clearly caught off guard, made an excuse saying that the query was transfered to the "baggage department" at easemytrip and they would get back to me within 4 hours.
Meanwhile, the airlines saw that my query was a genuine issue, and they issued me a new ticket with the required baggage.
So, I took the flight, and reached my destination, only to find that the customer service team had responded by saying "Please reach out to the airlines and they will help you with your issue."
I don't know what kind of business responds only after the flight in question has already taken off, given that I repeatedly called this fact out to all the agents, but I can't imagine it could ever fit into what is sustainable or even remotely considered to be good customer service. On top of all this, the folks had the gall to send out a mail saying "We hope that this issue does not dilute your relation with us".
Needless to say, I will not only NEVER book from easemytrip again, I will also deter anyone I come across from booking from these guys.

I had booked a ticket on 12-Apr (Booking ID is BET*******830).
However due to some issue in their website, the ticket got booked for a wrong date. When I contacted customer service, they suggested to cancel the booking and they promised to refund full amount if I provide a recorded proof that wrong booking was done due to their website's issue. I had sent a video recording of the issue, but they deducted cancellation charge and refused to refund in full. I don't suggest anyone to book any flight ticket using easemytrip.com. If anything goes wrong, they just won't take any responsibility.

Worst website I have ever seen, horrible experience
1. They don't provide full info when cancelling the flight or refund or any other business.
2.so careless in their service my refund got cancelled the next day and they reverted it back after 8 days.
3. I made EMI of my tickets on their website and it is the responsibility of the merchant to cancel the EMI, refund I got after 15 days and my EMI wasn't cancelled even.
4. Keep making calls to them and take the pain.
