Their website is second rate. It automatically set to flexible dates without you asking and does not tell you if it changed to a new date. 12/26/16 Their customer service has very thick accents that are difficult to understand and they are snide and rude. They also hung up on me twice in a row. They did not listen to the issue all the way through, instead transferred me mid sentence. Because the website had changed my dates without notifying me I canceled with the 24 hours permitted. I only received a partial refund, they failed to refund the taxes. When I called back on 1/19/17 and spoke to Ruben I asked 4-5 times to speak with a manager and he refused my request. This poor customer service is unacceptable! Never again!

I booked a flight on August 2021 for my daughter's wedding, the flight never went through I kept on calling seeking answers on what happened to my money and why the ticket, they keep telling me my money will be refunded its been three months and counting haven't got my money when you call they hang up the phone on you. Don't give these people access to your money.
This company is running a full blown scam booked a ticket 6th Jan '22 cancelled Jan 9th'22 was informed by them that the refund would be credited to my credit card in two billing cycles. Did not happen and now they say the billing dept will call me back or a manager will call me back within twenty four hours. Never happens and now they hang up and won't take a call. This is a USA front for a East Indian Scam do not use these ignorant parasites for any of your travel needs ever.

They booked the wrong flight and blamed it on me. Cost me $1200 to rebook. They would take no responsibility whatsoever. Claimed the $2200 i already paid was non-refundable so I was screwed. Would give zero stars if possible.

I bought a flight from myflightsearch.com, received a confirmation email with booking reference number, but no e-ticket! I called their 1-888-line requesting that an e-ticket, and was strung along by a man who did not sound N. American and finally he spoke saying he would cancel my ticket and I could buy the e-ticket now for almost double the price. Now now doubt that this ticket that I bought is legitimate, and must be a SCAM. I'm checking directly with the airline...where I should have bought the ticket in the first place.
I thought during the corona virus pandemic companies would do the right thing and best service the customer by providing refunds and credits in full regardless of policies in place, however that's not the case I just experienced. The coronavirus is going around and I cannot get a full credit on my credit card for an upcoming flight I cancelled. I'm so disappointed in this company, I don't even know what else to say!
I contacted the better business bureau and they went directly to My Flight Search on my behalf. Had an immediate response in regards to my refund. Promised a refund cheque in 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately it's been 8 weeks and I'm still waiting but hopeful.
Booked 11/30/22 for a trip 1/24/23. Called 1/4/23 to review fights and found out they canceled my booking. Said the flights for that price sold out and I needed to rebook.? I asked when they were going to tell me, he said we email you 1 week before departure.! Asked to speak to a supervisor, he said none was available. Said they will give me a refund in 30-60 days. 1. After booking my flights, my credit card company notified me via text of the charge. Now a week before the trip, no ticket. After contacting them, I was told ticket was never issued and I will need to pay more money. What a scam!
I booked 2 tickets in oct for the kids to come home at Christmas. I noticed I did not get my e ticket. They said I'd get them the next day. My second call they said the airline changed price and didn't purchase although my cc was charged. It's December now what? I had to purchase two tickets doubled the price. DO NOT USE! I bought two tickets and they were a complete scam. I am absolutely positive I booked for April 19-22 and a few days later checked my tickets online and they had changed the dates to be April 16-20. When I called to ask them about it my customer service person was of no help. My tickets were approximately $500 and she told me she could change the dates for an additional $600.

This is a real scam artist, once I chose the flight and times I wanted, everything was change to their convenience, late night flights and other dates that I did NOT want. I called for a refund and they stated, "I can cancel but you won't get your money back. Now I'm fighting this with my bank but no guarantee as per my bank.
The pandemic has not really affected the services at myflightsearch a great deal. I regularly book tickets with them since I'm a government staffer who needs to travel frequently. I like their services.
I booked a flight to Houston, but then ended up getting sick and couldn't go. I called United (the airline I booked with). I found out my ticket was only $128, but myflightsearch.com charged $277! The rest of that was an "agent fee." I contacted them to see if I could at least get a voucher for a different date. No deal! No discussion! Look at their addresses! One is is a suite in Las Vegas and the customer service is located in INDIA! 'Nuff said!
Booked a flight that was paid for, only to find out after many attempts that the flights that were chosen were never confirmed. Was hung up on many times and the men on other end were very rude and unprofessional. When I asked how they could take my payment and not book my flights or contact me to let me know, they started blaming me and telling me they tried contacting me when they never had my phone number. Had to purchase separate flights while still waiting for refund after 13 days.
I booked a flight through this company several weeks ago. Received a confirmation email. Today I found a flight cancellation notice in my junk mail. I did not cancel my flight, although the email said that it was cancelled per my request. When I called I was told that I would have to purchase another ticket for a substantially higher price.
