Booked our flight and the autofill on the computer typed in my husbands first name instead of mine. Called them with 30 seconds and Kiara had to talk to a supervisor to see how to correct and would call us back. Of course she did not call us back, called her again and they want to charge an additional $137.00 to fix the ticket prices went up in 20 minutes. I told her that was ridiculous and her exact words were "why is that ridiculous you made the mistake". Kiara is rude and of course there was no supervisor was available they are all in a meeting conveniently. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEB SITE

FIRST OFF I CALLED 3 TIMES. First I called about not getting my e-ticket after having already been charged in full for the fare. They said they would send me my e-ticket in 48 hours. Never happened. Four days later I call and they decide to tell me my fare has changed, and that it is an extra $10. I decided at the time that was fine an excepted only because there was a $52 cancelation fee AFTER THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME AND DIDNT TELL ME IT CHANGED. So eventually I had enough as I am on a tight budget and decided i want a full refund, at first they would not give it to me and kept pressuring me 4 times into purchasing the e-ticket and following through. I said no let me speak to your manager or supervisor and instead transferred me to costumer service. They then gave me full refund but it is going to take 1-2 business cycles. REALLY? NOT IMPRESSED OR SATISFIED.
Booked a flight to New York from Tampa a week before my flight they canceled and told me I would get a full refund that was on 4/28/21 it is now 7/14/21 and still have not gotten a refund been calling them for my refund every week still no answer every time I call they put me on hold and after 15 mins they tell me they are working on issue and to give them a couple of days I ask to speak to supervisor and I am always told it would be a couple of hours I say I don't mind waiting and then the hang up phone on me
They are liars and scammers. Charged $102 more that going directly to the airline for a ticket. Will not refund.
I booked my flight on June 25th and received confirmation with a note that the E Ticket would follow. I reached out 16 days later because I hadn't received the Eticket, was informed that I would receive it shortly and not to worry.
2 days later, still no Eticket, sat on hold for 30 minutes (no answer). I sent an email inquiring and received an email back the next day saying that the flight was no longer available and they would help me book another.
One time - shame on them... leaving it up to them a second time... shame on me.

Don't waste your time - go through sites that you trust - also, read the small print, looks like they tag on extra charges to flight booked that are not included in the price of flight.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
