Booking #*******: Brad was completely excellent at helping me book my flight. He was very patient with me and even did a price match to ensure I was getting a good deal. Then on top of that he told me I could get a discount once I wrote him a review. He was god send. Book with them whenever you need to make a reservation.
Do not use this company! Cancelled my flight and can't even get my money back... It's a scam... Called less then a month before leaving and stated our flight was cancelled. How does that happen when I booked 4 months ago? Give me my money back!
The number poppedMy first tip this was a scam should have been that the agent can barely speak English. These guys charged my card twice, once for the ticket and then another 143.00 "agent fee". They told me 143.00 was for checked bag fee and seat assignment and taxes. When I called United they told me there was no seat assignment and checked baggage had not been prepaid. These guys are thieves. When I demanded they refund the 143.00 the agent said it would show up as a refund in 2 billing cycles! Rip off scam!
I needed to change a flight with southwest airlines and accidentally called this number thinking it was southwest reservation center. It cost me a 100.00 fee! Additionally, they accidentally cancelled both my husband and my reservations We didn't find out about this mistake until we tried to check in and we had no flight! Another 185.00 fee from southwest to straighten this mess out. When I called this company to try and get a refund, they would not take responsibility for their mistakes. Southwest airlines told me that they have had complaints about this company and that I should file a complaint with the better business bureau and the DOT. Don't ever use this company crooked
I purchase 3 tickets for family members to attend my graduation from fort Lauderdale to charlotte on March 26-29th, with the corona virus flights are cancelling, so I tried calling and sent emails for days and no response. So I called the airline company only to know that they didn't even book the flights... now I am working with my bank for them to refund my money of $399.90. Don't be scam... don't use this site.
I made a booking on October 21st then realized we could not travel as planned. I called and cancelled the trip the very same day and was told that the money would be refunded within 3-5 days. On October 22nd, I noticed that, instead of refunding the money, they actually charged me AGAIN (over $1400 US)! I have made numerous phone calls and sent several emails, and have been told 3 more times that the refund would be in my bank in 3-4 days (which it never was). Very frustrating and expensive.
I booked a flight, only to find that they didn't book my return flight! I spent my ENTIRE last day calling them, was promised a return call every time, never got a call! I had to book a return flight, at the last minute, costing several hundred dollars, and have not even received a refund for what I paid this service! If anyone would like to join a lawsuit, let me know!
Had an emergency and it was handled speedily and well. I booked two separate trips and realized hours later that i made an huge mistake in my dates- he remembered me- found me perfect flights at the same times and was understanding; very efficient and personable! Dont use this website! I did and ended up canceling my card several hours later so they didn't get any of my money! The very next day I was receiving messages on my phone saying my flight departure and return was on the same date! They will change your booking dates and charge you more money do not use this is a scam! Prank call these people once a day please!

Called and needed a supervisor. When speaking to the supervisor Alex he hung up on me after he tried to interrupt what I was telling him and I asked him to let me finish with my story. I would never use these guys. WORST customer service ever, in fact I don't think they know what customer service is.
0 Star. This is a horrible company. Designed to take advantage of those not on alert for a scam. Somehow their phone number was linked to a Southwest website. My mother called to change her flight. They answer the phone as "Reservations" and charged her $175 to change the flight. She questioned this and they stated" do you want flight changed or not." When we called back to complain and have the charges reversed, they gave us lots of songs and dances about how no one was there to speak to us and they would have to call us back. Basically, waiting for the charges to post, so they could not return our call and deny a refund. Every time we called, we got different employee ID's. Even when the said they would have the person who did the transaction call us, they gave us a different employee ID for him. How can companies like this stay in business? How are they allowed to associate their business with airlines?
Booked a International flight (United) with a 10 day turn around time and then paid for it $1223. 62. GREAT PRICE! Problem it was 3 days short of the turn around time and you don't find out until you received your flight itinerary. I called customer service immediately and talked to "Cody" who had a heavy? Accent. He said no problem I will help you. After being on hold twice for 20 minutes he said my original itinerary wasn't available and if I could extend my trip to 13 days. I said its possible but I would need to see a flight schedule. He put me on hold again for about 5 minutes and then gave a flight schedule that made absolutely no sense. I said it would be better just to cancel and I will re-book. He agree and said that my credit card will not be charged $1223. 62 and I thank him. One day latter my card was charged $1523. 62. I had called this number thinking that I had called united airlines, however when they booked my tickets they clearly told me that it was a third party travel agency, I had apprehensions booking with them at first as I have never used a Travel agency to book tickets ever, however their clear explanation to things made me believe them. I also got my e ticket on my email within 1 hour of me calling them, I really liked it. The prices quoted were also reasonable. I would recommend the services to others as well.
I am highly impressed by the myflightsearch efficient customer service. Recently I had to reschedule my travel plan because of some emergency. I called up the customer service team and the agent who took my request was very efficient. Very quickly, he made all the arrangements as per my requirement. I would like to thank the entire team for a great effort and especially the one who handled my query.
I accidentally booked a flight through them and never had a ticket. When I called, they said I would need to pay an additional almost $400 to actually get a ticket. I told them I wouldn't do that and they said they'd refund me in full and never have. It's been 3 months. When you call them, they act like there's a bad connection and hang up on you. This company stole $1235. 58 dollars from checking account and as of today I have not received my e tickets. I called Frontier which is the airline I purchased flight tickets for and a Frontier representative informed me that there was NO evidence showing that I had purchased a ticket on my departure date. I called this company hundreds of time and their representatives continues to lie about refunding my money back into my checking account and issuing me an e ticket. I find it appalling that elite airlines are not concerned that Myflightsearch.com are selling airline tickets represent dates/times/flight numbers and selling airline tickets which represents the company's name.

I had a wonderful vacation with my family in Los Angeles and for this, I would like to say thanks to myflightsearch. I very much enjoyed the cheap flight deal offered at the very right time, when I needed it the most. This was a long-pending plan which finally got executed in a very budget-friendly way. A must-try site for the travel-seekers.
They took my payment and no E ticket was issued. Two days before the flight they canceled it and said refund in 4 to 6 weeks. Its over 3 months and they stop replying to my emails and hang up the phone when I call, they are scammers.
This site is the single worst booking experience we have ever had... Watch them because they search the cheapest flights anywhere near the dates you enter and then you get booked on the WRONG DATES without knowing it... Then when you call them, they tell you the rates are almost double of what they are on their website. The guy on the phone had the audacity to say that the airline website was WRONG and he was charging the correct amount. Now completely frustrated, we tell them to cancel the whole thing and they say, sure we'll credit your money back in 10 business days! We called back within an hour (upon receiving the confirmation and catching the mistake) and they still need 10 days to return something they took in a few moments. This site is not on the level... stay away!
