That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.

Please, do not do business with MyFlightSearch. 1-833-200-3279 is no longer in service. 1-833-200-3343 asks you for name and phone number but never returns call. The online Customer Service does not acknowledge receipt of email and does not reply. Finally, call Booking Services and you will get to talk to an agent immediately... but conversation in English is difficult and they know only a few sentences... one of which is 'No Refund'... 'Should have called earlier'.
Sorry... my fault... I tried but could not contact anyone at 'Contact Us' or at the customer service at the telephone numbers provided by MyFlightSearch.
Book your flights through Air Carrier. Save your money.

This company is AWFUL! Good luck getting in touch with anyone. The phone number it gives me constantly sends me to voicemail.
