They are a registered company: Flight Search Inc based in Las Vegas. Currently their affiliation with BBB is under suspension. So it is a registered company and therefore maybe worth suing?

No. It is probably being operated from outside of the USA so they can get away with their scams. They are tricking people who are left with ruined travel plans at the last minute. Do not give them your credit card information.
