Credit card charged immediately. My MyFlightSearch account showed my booking was pending approval of credit card payment even one month later. Sent emails to customer support and received no reply... not even acknowledgement of receipt of my email. Then called 1-833-200-270... surprise! Line no longer in service. Then called *******343 six times during a period of 2 weeks, leaving my name and telephone number but, unfortunately, no callback received. Then I called the number *******555 to book another flight... immediate response, no music, ready to book a flight. Then I talked to the agent about my booking of 45 days ago for which I had not received e-tickets. He then emailed the e-tickets... sadly, I had already booked another form of travel because of this lack of customer service... they should say on their Website and booking emails to call Booking Services for Customer Service. There is no viable customer service.
Immediately following that call, I received an email asking to confirm my recent purchase from TravelAvion so they could charge $247 US to my credit card... what is going on?
I asked for a cancellation and reimbursement of my money... but this is not America. No chance of reimbursement. Will book directly with Air Carriers from now on.
MyFlightSearch is not recommended. Will you post this please.
