FIRST OFF I CALLED 3 TIMES. First I called about not getting my e-ticket after having already been charged in full for the fare. They said they would send me my e-ticket in 48 hours. Never happened. Four days later I call and they decide to tell me my fare has changed, and that it is an extra $10. I decided at the time that was fine an excepted only because there was a $52 cancelation fee AFTER THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME AND DIDNT TELL ME IT CHANGED. So eventually I had enough as I am on a tight budget and decided i want a full refund, at first they would not give it to me and kept pressuring me 4 times into purchasing the e-ticket and following through. I said no let me speak to your manager or supervisor and instead transferred me to costumer service. They then gave me full refund but it is going to take 1-2 business cycles. REALLY? NOT IMPRESSED OR SATISFIED.
