The good reviews must be from people that work for them. They tricked me into paying 100 dollars to exchange a ticket promising United airlines will refund me that amount. United said they have nothing to do with them. Two months went by and they promised to refund it themselves, never happened!
I'm pretty happy with the travel support team of myflightsearch. I had to fly to New York within four days as there was a family emergency. I spoke to john and told him my situation. He was very accommodating and got me a flight at a cheaper rate than I had expected.
I have called for two years for my refund. They refunded partial and still owe me $600. Said they will not refund it as I agreed to their terms. I asked several times if a service dog was allowed on this flight. I was told over and over, yes mam no problem mam. BS there was a problem and airline cancelled my booking!
They told me the $600 was a cancellation fee! For something who can was never booked! Or took place!
I'm all for joining a class action against this so called company!
I booked 2 1/2 months early. Received confirmation that two round trips on Frontier were booked. Never received the tickets that they stated would come after processing of the charge. When I called they claimed that the prices went up. They wanted another $220 per ticket. When I told them that I was contacting my credit card company, they offered a refund without penalty. I learned from other posts that I may never see their refund, so I reported them to my credit card company. Fortunately, I did not have to pay an additional rate at Frontier, the extra $220/ticket was part of the scam.
Myflightsearch is offering excellent customer service at the time of the global health emergency. I contacted them via email to cancel my trip to Cancun that I had booked in the first week of January. They replied to me the same day and sent me an online form to request a cancellation and promised a full refund.
Very satisfied in working with Alice to get me a great deal on an international flight during the hectic Christmas season. She was able to connect with me promptly and efficiently. I will definitely work with her again on my next flight.
After booking my flight online and receiving a confirmation in my email, they called me back to tell me there was now a price increase of $160.00 if I still wanted that flight. After asking for a supervisor, the same person picked back up and pretended to be someone else. I told them to cancel the flight and booked it through another booking group for a cheaper price.
My advice is to use one of the other online groups for flight bookings.
My mother booked tickets for the family to go to Ireland this summer and thought she was booking with United directly. When one of my sisters got pregnant and will not be able to make the trip because she will be 36 weeks pregnant, we tried to call My Flight Search to cancel her ticket, after 6 weeks we are still trying. We are hung up on and left on hold for hours, they are not interested in customer service, only commissions. This is a deceptive company praying on people who are not skilled with on line reservations. STAY AWAY!
I called Air New Zealand customer service line and somehow it got directed to these people. Thinking that I was ordering a ticket through air New Zealand the whole time. Then once they send me a confirmation ticket it says air flight search.com so I call them back and they tell me that they are a call center for when the air New Zealand line is too crowded. So i keep tt rusting them. Another lie from them is that they told me to no worry if I see two separate charges on my card because one of them is the tax for the ticket. The following day since I still did not receive my electronic ticket I call air New Zealand and they tell me that I was overcharged by $436! Omg! I call my bank to contest but the problem is I already have the ticket and I am scared to cancel the whole thing cause I need this exact itinerary. $#*!s charged me 436$ extra and they gave me attitude multiple times, hung up on me and yelled at me! Stay away from these people they will steal your money.
Sasha, my flight representative was, (in a few words) professional, polite, expedient, a pleasure to do business with. Sasha followed up on several occasions to assure and assist us with any and all questions and concerns. I can't say enough about Sasha's professional yet caring
They don't rip you off. That is the best part about myflightsearch.
I bought a round trip ticket from Boston to LA through myflightsearch. I think I got it very cheap an d I loved the customer service.
Jessica provided me with outstanding services in booking and then changing the booking of my round trip flight from San Francisco to Singapore. She also worked with her supervisor to give me a discount.
Even in such critical times, Myflightsearch is doing its best to help their distressed customers. Even if you are stranded somewhere or want a refund for your cancelled flights, your concerns are being addressed in a timely manner.
I cancelled a flight within 24 hours and before the ticket was issued. My Flight Search customer service promised a full refund. Six months later and still no refund after many empty promises and missed deadlines. I am thoroughly disgusted with this unethical behaviour. My Flight Search should be shut down.
Abominable! My Trip made through My Flight Search for Silver Airlines. Booked on October 21,2022. The info was sent to Silver for the wrong dates with an incorrect email address. Therefore I was considered a no show. The review was removed and I have not heard anything. Judy
I booked a flight with them for the holidays but something came up unexpectedly that made it impossible to travel. I called them to ask about refunds and told them our story. They didn't even respond, just hung up. I called back and got someone else and told them my story again. They also hung up on me without any sort of response. They lost a return customer because of their unprofessional customer service.
Booked a flight with them and waited for my e ticket which never came! They charged my credit card and did not book a flight. How can they get away with this? I have called them repeatedly with only lies about when the flight would be posted. Thankfully I was at least smart enough to follow through before my flight and keep checking. I eventually booked with the airlines. Won't be this stupid again!
Purchased 3 tickets and cancelled within same day due to schedule change. Received a refund for 2 of the 3 tickets. It's been over a year and I'm still trying collect as they admit they owe me $400. The customer service team will tell you it's coming just to get you off of the phone! Next step will be a lawsuit!
Horrible organization sent booking confirmation using term "congradulations" your booking has been confirmed... wait no it isn't. Got called next date with rate change. Long story short. Phone tag for 2 days only to find my fare was up by an additional 150%. Do not use these tickets.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
